😳mods r doi dere best to get everythin rite.

i dnt hve anythin against dem. v all hvn't been in dere place to experience all d things happenin. i think d mods hve been tryin extremely hard and i think dey r doi dere job perfectly!

its d members to blame, nt mods!😳

Its a loop. Coz DT's technique is useless... members do not think twice b4 violating a rule now.

Like.. there were so many topics ( 2 screenshots in the above post) where they just closed the topics and never warned anyone ... there were many topics where the actual culprit never got warned.. coz probably no one reported her. There were many topics where the TM made an instigating post.. but DT warned those who in a way started a fight coz they felt the TM's topic instigating.

So in such situations.. the person who was supposed to get a warning .. never actually got any warning... so they get encouraged to post more such topics.. coz they know nothing will happen.

My problem with the DT is that... they need spoon feeding... they need someone to report.. only then they'll work ... and even then they dnt work.. coz there are many such threads which were closed where I reported 4-5 members and none of them got a warning.. instead DT just closed the topic.

If they warn a person.. they dnt even see .. what made that person post such a comment.. is there someone who abused him/her or provoked her to comment in such a manner... There were many threads where DT came and gave warnings to some members.. and ignored others on the same page who used abusive language... but since no one woud have reported themm... no action was taken against them.

They should stop the members to cry unnecessarily in any topic.... they should get those members out of the topic/dlete their messages .. instead of closing every topic just coz some teeny kid cannot digest the fact or someone's views ...

But DT always opt for the short-cut.. they come n close the topic... and warn those who were reported.

This is the reason.. why many feel that DT is not working properly.

Obviously.. members are not Gods... I never said.. Members never commited any mistakes... but DT plays an important role in them making those mistakes.

And since... even after so many suggestions and comments.. they never paid attention. I concluded that DT never wanted to work in proper manner.. and that I'll be never satisfied with them... and that members are still better than DT and that ... forget it.

I will answer all of your queries, but this is not the right place, What you think is not my concern, but its easy to tell everybody that DT dont work properly.

Ok, You guys compared to KSG to bobby darling, so it wasnt an instigating comment, Hmm... There are so many things, That you will get to know in sometime, You showed me those Screen shots, have you asked anyof the member that they have got a pm from Mod for clarifying?🤔

If some one dont even know whats going behind then how can you blame the DT. Yes. If some one will report a particular post which is offensive in anyway, than we will work on it. We dont have 24 hours to look only at DMG forum. Members comes make a post and then Leave its the DT who hands the forum. Only DMG forum is the most busiest forum and there are so many rules need to be followed, I'm not either saying DT is perefect, but its because of the members DT needs to close the topics, and its not necessary to clarify members on open forum. It can be done Via pms as well., Creating a scene is not my hobby atleast, We have told you many many time to report to GMS. 😊 But like you said you havent received any reply, so i cant commet on that. Plus, The screen shots which you have shown to me, I will tell other DT fellows to reply it. So, that you get your anwer. You mean to say you guys havent voilated rules?🤔 and members who have broken them we are leaving them😆😆😆😆😆 Ok message me with those threads, 😛 You must have kept those, 😊

We come to forum and check the thousand reprts which we get daily, Members cant even imagine how many reports are there on daily basis. So, honey, there is no need to cry over an issue, Whenevr you or any member reports any topic we go through them,I mean if not at that time but later on atleast. Members needs a forum, wherein they can bash whom they hate so much and DT should just see the scene wit having popcorn and pepsi in hand then everybody will be extremely happy.😳 And its not possible, MIDS are being Banned, and if some one abuses anyone they are being tackled, UFFF such a lamba chauda Lecture.

I'm closing this thread, as its have gone to so many pages. I will tell other DT's to reply, or pm of the DT who have posted those warnings, If you wont pm then dont blame the Dt members then. Members must be thinking we are mad who are answering each other so its better to stop it here. In either ways you not going to get satisfied, so its all useless..😊
