to share my POV on the story about the most cuesome twosome couple-our

It has been 1 month since the party scene.Geet tries to get along her life as

normally as possible.
Maan always wonders what happens to him when geet is around,but as usual

brushes off all the thoughts about her.Office employees are working hard and

gossiping harder about Maaneet😆😆😆....Sasha is really fuming

but helpless*poor girl,serves her right*


Maan's office is buzzing with phone calls, so many letters have

arived,computers have crashed after influx of too many emails,crowds have

assembled outside the office.Seems that whole world in one way or the other

is after the Khurana Constructions.Everything is in topsy-turvy,just when a

shining black Audi arrives and the world rushes towards it.Just to get a single

look of the Decade's Most Influential Businessman and Youngest

Millionaire....

Chapter 1 continued...

This was a real shock for her. A chill ran through her body, she tried to close her eyes wishing that it was a terrible dream but the truth was The Ruiner and The Saviour of her life were there sharing the same
frame.So,engrossed in the memories of Dev(bitter) & Maan(golden memory) that she dint notice someone else was also present there."This is Dev, Maan's younger brother," a calm voice said from behind her shaking her to the reality.

It was Dadi Maa.She greeted her as usually and Geet being so much
preoccupied tried to rush away from the place.Dadi stood there wondering what had happened to her usual cheerful nature.Just then Maan entered the house and saw Geet hurrying but before he could stop her she was out of sight.Maan again thought "Uff ye ladki bhi
na" but then his eyes got fixed on the Beautiful bouquet of flowers left by geet. Oh he had never seen flowers being so beutiful(of course it was Geet, the presenter of flowers whom he was thinking about and
not the flowers).He took those flowers and took them into his room, amazing as the drawing room was full of flowers now but none but that one was gifted by Geet. Dadi who was watching all  this silently was pleasantly surprised but chose to remain silent( her thought about Maaneet getting married made her quiet)😳😳

That night Maan couldn't close his eyes and if he did all he could see was Geet, the way Geet keeps slipping and he saves her, her innocence and beautiful smile and while his eyes were open one thing or the other in his room reminded him of her. It seemed that the
world had started conspiring against him,making him forget everything else but GEET. And surprisingly, Maan did'nt got angry today seeing geet everywhere, instead he enjoyed the feeling of True Love that was springing in his heart. For the first time in this life Maan tried to listen to his heart, DD's own dhakdhak(read DHADKAN), which always increased when Geet was around, making him do things against all his plans. He realised slowly and surely he had fallen in love with the brainless,shy and innocent girl from
Hoshiarpur. ❤️

LOVE IS IN THE AIR😳😳😳

Chapter-2

But Geet didn't feel the same....everything was spinning in her head as though it was a part of some movie....so much so that her head had started aching badly.She tried to comfort herself by a sleep but it was miles away from her eyes. The man who had devastated her whole life, who had made her life as miserable as hell was the younger brother of her Boss-cum-Guide-cum-Saviour(soon to be her lover).

She remembered the time back in Hoshiarpur when she had met Dev, and all the glimpses of the life that she wanted to forget flashed back, leaving her more heartbroken...and then the times when Geet was saved just because of Maan...all the memories kept coming to her in a kaleidoscopic function, each one emerging from the other, sadness becoming anger and then frustration, pain turning into hatred, and hate giving way to love...LOVE

Geet got startled as she couldn't believe what she just thought,'No! This ain't love, she doesn't love him'. If younger brother can ditch her and fool her family for the sake of money, what the elder one can do...both share the same blood and can't be very different....
So she must stay away from Maan and now that she knows about Dev, even if Maan gets to know about her, why will he believe her, why would he go against his own brother. In fact,she had already experienced the pain of going against one's own family and she dint want Maan to go through all this because of her, after all who was she for him...
And yeah!!she can't work in that company! Her ethics don't allow her to be against her own employer, but if she breaks free from that bond before going against Dev, it'll be alright...



Thus, Geet decided she will hand over the resignation from her Secretary Post before taking action against Dev, and never come across Maan again..


The distant stars in the dark sky kept twinkling as MaanEet share a restless night, one's feelings turning into Love, the other one's love turning into determination to avenge the wrong.


The morning at Maan's place:
Dadima is surprised to see Maan in a happy mood today, she could see the spark on his face and wished that it was coz of Geet.

Maan had decided to say the three Magical Words to Geet as soon as he could.


The morning at Geet's place:
geet's head was still heavy through all the sufferings that she had gone through the previous night. She rose up with aheavy heart. Although she had decided what she wanted to do, there was a little fear and pain in her heart, fear not regarding future, but fear of imagining her life sans Maan.

She got so customed to his presence in times of need that the idea of losing that protection gave her shivers.

But she couln't go back, she had decided.

Chapter-3

Geet came office early, so as to get out of the office as soon as possible.

While sitting in her cabin she's again reminded of all the times Maan had helped her, how nice she had felt being in those protective arms, as if she had got the strength to get up and fight against everything in the world...

Oh!she was dreaming about all this again, she can't let herself swayed easily by emotions, she can't afford this now, atleast today...

So, to distract herself, she grabbed the nearest file and got back to work.

Soon she got so involved that she couldn't notice MK's arrival in the office.

MK's eyes were searching for her from past two days but seeing her engrossed in work, he headed to his cabin. But he could't stop thinking about her and he opened the blinds to see her. Just then, as if by some kind of signal(emotion), Geet absently turned her head up towards the Blinds and both share an intense eyelock..which could extend to eternity but was interrupted by Adi who had come to discuss a project with Maan.

 

 

Both got startled by his sudden interruption and return on the Earth...Geet decides to speak to him after office and Maan decides the same to share his feelings with Geet. The day is passed with difficulty but as the evening draws nearer, office gets emptied and this is when Geet gets up to meet MK in his cabin..

 

Geet in MK's Cabin:

Geet:Sir, woh...

Maan:Bolo Geet.(Maan said with d smile)

 

There was such a sweetness in his gesture that Geet got lost in his eyes as if she was stupefied by some external force and Maan was transfixed by her lovely face and gaze.

Both became statues for a long moment trying to comprehend the feeling that always bought them closer.

 

Sir...Geet...vo...mei....

 

Both spoke out at the same moment.

 

 

After a long moment Geet finally spoke, "Sir, I want to resign.This is my resignation letter.'

 

The words hit him badly, he was utterly bewildered by what Geet had just said. In the same shocked state his love had taken shape of Anger and he blurted out,"Geet, who do you think you are, it is a big company and working here you should follow its rules and regulations. You can't just walk in and out of your work easily."

 

Geet a bit scared by his voice began feeling dizzy, due to the restlessness of yesterday, and no sleep at all, Geet was feeling very weak today. And being received by such a voice and angry Maan, she started to tremble.

 

Maan noticing this was a bit concerned about her, came somewhat close  to Geet and then continued to say that she can't leave the company before completing Mr.Chopra's Project, as she is incharge of that project.

At this juncture, Geet couldn't stand any longer,her legs gave way, she had fainted and was about to fall on the floor when suddenly Maan grabbed hold of her and was again lost in her.

 

But soon realized that Geet needed medical attention immediately. He rushed her to the hospital and got her admitted.

 

One hour had passed since Geet was brought to the hospital..Maan was holding himself responsible for all this and was reproaching himself for being rude to her but could'nt think of any reason as to why Geet wanted to quit.

 

But he was soon brought back to reality when Dr.Sahni came.

 

Dr. Sahni:Your wife had fainted due to stress and over work. It seems that she doesn't takes proper rest. It happens sometimes in pregnancy, but if she doesn't rest properly, it is going to affect her and her child's health.
