Divyanka Tripathi aka Vidya of Banoo Mein Tumhari Dulhann who was missing in action for the past one year is back in a SAB TV serial Mr & Mrs Sharma Allahabadwale. A sitcom, it has Divyanka playing Mrs Rashmi Sharma who alongwith her husband comes to Mumbai from Allahabad and soon gets entangled in the day-to-day problems faced by Mumbaites ranging from water shortage to traffic snarls. "For the Sharmas that's not a problem at all because Rashmi thinks they are the most intelligent people on the earth and how they go about tackling the issues is what the serial is all about," says Divyanka who had taken a break from acting. "After doing Dulhann for three years I wanted a break. I did get a lot of offers specially in the last three months but the roles were similar to what I had done in Dulhann. Mr & Mrs Sharma was the first comedy serial that came my way and I took it up because I wanted to learn this genre," she smiles. The actress is happy that Rajesh Kumar, her co-star, has already done many comedies. "He is teaching me to do comedy and I am teaching him how to romance," grins Divyanka rushing to give a shot. Incidentally, the serial is scheduled to start airing from May 17
