Sarva goshtinchi suruvat nehmi god asavi mhanun first recipe ahe

Malai koftas.

Minced vegetable croquettes deep fried and left to simmer in a creamy sauce

Ingredients

For the Kofta:
300 GMS. Potatoes

2 tbsp. each of crumbled paneer, khoya and thick cream

4-5 cashewnuts chopped

1 tbsp. raisins

2-3 finely chopped green chilies

1/4 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. coriander powder

1 tsp. cumin powder

1 tsp. red-chili powder

1/2 tsp. cardamom powder

Salt according to taste

3 tbsp. cooking oil or ghee (clarified butter)

Oil for frying the koftas

For the gravy:
2 medium onions,chopped

3 garlic pods,crushed

1 tsp. ginger,crushed

3 large tomatoes,pureed

1 tsp. red-chili powder

1/2 tsp. garam masala powder

1/2 tsp. coriander powder

1/2 tsp. cumin powder

2 tsp. powdered poppy seeds

1 tbsp. grounded peanuts/cashewnut

Advice

The koftas should be put in just before eating the dish or else they will turn soggy.

Method

1.Boil the potatoes till tender. Peel, mash and add salt to taste. Keep aside.
2.Mix all the other ingredients for the kofta into a paste.
3. Make rounds of the potato dough and place a little of the prepared mixture in the center of each round.
4.Seal the edges and shape into koftas. Deep fry each kofta till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
5.Blend together the onions, ginger, garlic and the poppy seeds and fry in 3 tbsp. of oil till brown and the oil begins to separate.
6.Add the pureed tomatoes, grounded peanuts and the masala powders.
7.When the gravy will begin to thicken, add some malai (cream) to thicken it some more. Mix in some water if necessary.
8.When the gravy comes to a boil, add the koftas.
9.Heat through and serve.

Ani ho...Marathi bhashet...Marathit lihiles tar patkan kaltil...kaaran some English words even I dont knw...tyamule..pls English/Marathi combination is required....

Moog Daal Dosa
Ingredients:
Moog dal 2 cups
Ginger 1 small piece
Green chillies 4-6
Onions Chopped finely 1
Rice 1/4 cup

Directions:

Moog dal ani rice 4-6 tasa sathi bhijavat theva.

Thoda paani ghalun,ginger ghalun, salt add kara ani mag dal ani rice mixture madhun grind karun ghya. Donhi mixture ekatra kara. Dosa sarakha batter karanyasathi garajepurta paani ghala.

Green chillies ani onions barik cut karun ghya.

Pan garam karun tyamadhe thoda oil ghala, ani thoda mixture pan var pasara.

eka side ne roast zalyavar dosa parata.

tyavar cut kelele onions ani green chillies pasara. ( optional )

Golden brown zala ki mag plate madhe kadhun ghya. Coconut chutney sobat garam serve kara.

Hey Akshay and Bagu, masta recipes post kelyath tumhi doghyani. just superb ya.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 now toh i am bound to try out the recipes even, will have to do it. ani udya mi pan post karte some special recipe of mine even.😳

ani ho re akshay puran poli cha topic var ha thread shuru zaali aahe, so it is really apt on ur part to post the recipe of that itself👏

Mazhya kadun ek Upvasachi receipe.....i recently tried it ani mast hote and takes no time...

Batatyacha thalipeeth

Makes 4 thalipeeth

Potatos - medium 2
Green chillies- 2
kothimbir- 1/4 bowl
Jeera- 1 teaspoon
Goundnut powder
Salt for taste
Oil for cooking

Batate solun kisun eka plate madhye thevave. tyache je pani nighel te othun dyave.
Shengdane bhajun. solun tyachi pud tayyar karavi..shakyato barik powder karavi.
Sagla misran ekdiv karava...ani eka pan var tel lavun haata chya talvya evdhe thalipeeth thapun gyave.
Gas petaun donhi bajune kharpus bhajun ghyave...
Upvasachya chatni barobar kivhan dhahi barobar khave...

Hyanne poot hi bharte ani acidity cha trass hi hot nahi.
