Dr. Armaan gets a makeover from a cool-dude image to a spectacled guy with a simple look.

Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover aka Dr. Armaan will now get a makeover in Star One's Dill Mill Gayye and from being the cool dude, he dresses up as a very simple, non-Armaan types guy!!

According to our source, "The hot and dashing Armaan will now get a plain look. He enters the hospital with a checked shirt, oiled and combed hair sporting a spectacle. The look is somewhat similar to SRK's as Surinder in the recently released movie, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi".

"Viewers are in for some real fun, as Armaan will try his best to impress Dr. Shashank after shedding his cool-dude image and by transforming himself into a simple person", adds our source.

There is a double treat in store for the audience as there is an unexpected twist to come between Atul and Riddhima. "Well, I cannot reveal anything right now, as the fun element will go. But it will be great to see the awesome chemistry between Atul and Riddhima in the coming episodes", concludes our source.

Karan and Nicole find themselves at the bottom this week too in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa..

Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover has been one contestant who is strongly placed when it comes to junta votes on Sony's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Even though the popular actor has been getting some rough treatment from the Teen Deviyaan courtesy his mediocre performances, his fans have always bailed him out, so much so that he has never had to be in the Dance-Off..

This week was not different at all, as Karan and Nicole ended up being the lowest scorers yet again!! "All three finalists had to perform on three different dances. The first performance was a solo, second was with the choreographer and third was a common song from Kisna. In this Karan was the lowest and managed to get 93 points out of 120 from judges", says the source.

Elaborating on the first performance our khabroo adds, "Karan performed on the song Jaan Main Dum… and he fared decently well, but the judges felt that the music was fast and Karan was trying hard to catch on with the pace of the song".

"Secondly he performed on the song O Maria from the film Josh, and he got good comments for this particular act. The judges appreciated his dance and also said that he had the perfect attitude required for the number. Saroj stated that she is fida on his performance, while Vaibhavi commented that his postures and expressions were very nice", adds the informer.

Lastly he performed on the common song Kisna Hai… from the movie Kisna. "This was his weakest performance as per the judges. Vaibhavi quipped that there was no synchronization. The judges felt that he kept losing his steps even though he managed to complete the whole act. Saroj said that Karan is like a small kid who keeps forgetting his steps", chirps the little birdie.

Prabhu Deva was the celebrity guest on the panel of judges this week. "He gave him decent marks. Basically he was not harsh on any of the participants", concludes the source.

For Karan, the battle now is to show his prowess on the dance floor and please his fans even further!!

Dr. Armaan aka Karan Singh Grover loses memory in Star One's Dill Mill Gayye... This is the latest twist in offer to the audience..

Star One's Dill Mill Gayye, produced by Cinevistaas will see a major twist wherein Dr. Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) meets with an accident and loses his memory.

Yes, you heard it right!! Dr. Armaan who meets with an accident remembers his first day at Sanjeevni, but forgets all that happened in his life in the next two years!!

According to our source, "A whole new phase will begin in Armaan's life wherein he does not remember anything. He feels that he has just joined Sanjeevni, and interacts with all in the same way as we saw him doing, when he actually joined the hospital years back.. The all-responsible Armaan is gone, and viewers will see the flirtatious, bindaas Armaan again. He literally repeats everything, including his flirtatious behavior with Anjali. He does not recognize his love, Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) as she was a late entry into the hospital and was not present with him on day one".

"This will leave Riddhima dazzled, but she initially does not believe that Armaan has lost memory. Even after Dr. Shashank explaining to her about Armaan's problem, she still thinks that Armaan is playing a prank on her, and there is nothing much to it. But the fact is that he has indeed lost his memory of two years!!", adds our source.

Confirming this news to Telly Buzz, Amitabh Raina, Creative Director of the show states, "Viewers will see everything all over again, with Armaan losing his memory. Once Riddhima gets to know about his condition, she will be determined to win over Armaan, and make him fall in love with her again. There will be hilarious moments, where all the interns mention about Riddhima, but Armaan just does not know who the girl is. All the interns and the unit members in the hospital will be clearly told by Dr. Shashank about the mental state of Armaan, and they join hands in dealing with their new Armaan. This interesting phase will ultimately lead to a new love story brewing between the couple, Armaan and Riddhima".

There will also be a cameo performance coming from popular writer Gautam Hegde who will be seen in a typical Mehmood of Padosan look. "There was a scene shown earlier wherein a dead body enters the hospital, and all believe that Armaan is dead. We will be showing this character now. He is basically a con man who will stay in the hospital to escape from the clutches of police. Gautam Hegde's cameo of 8-12 episodes will add on to the comic element of the show", states Amitabh.

We tried calling Karan Singh Grover, but he remained unavailable for comments..

Dr. Armaan's comeback to the hospital in his new avtar will be shown this Wednesday, July 15th…
