  Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover, known and loved by one and all as Dr. Armaan of DMG, was recently seen as the host of Star One's reality show, Zara Nachke Dikha.
  
  In a candid conversation, he shares his experiences, opinions and much more...
  
  This was the first time you hosted a reality show. How was the experience?
  Hosting was a lot of fun; firstly because I was not playing any character, and I could be myself. Even as Armaan I am actually myself, just using another name. But it is another way of me communicating with my audience. And there are no scripted lines or anything, so you can say whatever you want. It was an enjoyable experience overall.
  
  What are your views on the boys' walkout in the final episode? Do you think it was justified?
  They were not happy with the judging since day one, which even I agree to a certain extent. The judges were quite partial towards the girls. And I am not saying this because I am a boy, but it was quite clear that the judges were biased towards the girls. With their walkout, the boys just wanted to show the judges that if they were going to let the girls win, then what was the point of them performing. It would have been better if they had just left. I think they were justified to a certain extent. But I didn't like the fact that they walked out, instead they could have put their point forward.
  
  Your onscreen chemistry with shweta-gulati/" title="Shweta Gulati">Shweta Gulati has been the talk of the town, especially the act of yours in the Grand Finale. What do you have to say about this?
  We do our jobs well..!! The essence of this show was the battle of the sexes. In spite of the fact that Shweta and me were constantly bickering, the chemistry in the performance was evident. This just means it's a job well done.
  
  You were pitted to be one of the confirmed Jodis of Nach Baliye 4; so what went wrong there?
  I have another project coming up, which I can't talk about right now... Normally what happens with me is if I am happy doing something I will do it, else I won't. At the end of the day I wasn't quite happy doing Nach, so I did not take it up.
  
  There were rumors that you were throwing tantrums and the channel didn't want you to be a part of the show... Another rumor was that you and Shraddha broke up… What are your comments on the rumors?
  Shraddha and I have definitely not broken up... And I think it was the channel that was throwing more tantrums than me; they wanted everything to be done their way. I have a slight quirk, call it bad or good but I am completely incapable of following instructions. So, if you let me be myself, I will give my best to what I am doing, otherwise I just cannot do it.
  
  You have just returned from a well-deserved vacation. You also celebrated Shraddha's birthday in a grand way. Can you share any memorable moment with our readers?
  Every moment spent with Shraddha is memorable. The vacation was amazing. We had a private beach to ourselves. It was a romantic setup with candles lit all over the place and us cooking the food.
  
  You know how to cook?
  Yes..!!
  
  Did you cook for her that day?
  No, actually I did all the eating (laughs).
  
  When do we hear wedding bells ringing for the two of you?
  I will let you know as soon as we decide.

  I think the basic story will remain the same. Armaan and Riddhima will continue being a couple and that won't change. Introducing Shweta into the show is probably done to add a new spice element to the show.
  
  Are you in touch with your ex-colleague Shilpa? And have you come to terms with the fact that she is no more a part of DMG?
  I miss her dearly, because she is a very close friend of mine. We were in touch for almost a month after she left DMG. But now with our hectic schedules, it becomes rather difficult to maintain contact. She is very busy at the moment doing a film down south.

'My charm should get me points' - Karan Singh Grover

  Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover has become a sensation with youngsters as Dr. Armaan. He has created waves with the show Dill Mill Gayye and is all set to do something new. The actor will be soon seen in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 as one of the participants.
  
  "There are reality shows which are very similar but Jhalak is something different. In this show there is not just Bollywood but different forms of dancing," says Karan.Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover" align="right" hspace="5" vspace="5" />
  
  There are more factors that made this actor go for the show. "Another reason is that you don't have to dance with your spouse but with your choreographer. One has to match with the accuracy and energy of the choreographer which makes it different all together," he adds further.
  
  How easy or difficult it is for you when it comes to dancing? "Nothing is easy at all, every thing is difficult but I'm working hard towards it."
  
  Which are the forms of dance you have learned till now? "Till now I have just got to know the basics of dance. Being a non-dancer that much is enough for the start. I'm excited to learn more and we have been given two songs for the initial episodes and looking forward for the show to start," he chirps.
  
  Talking about the judges the actor quips, "About Juhi I hope she is that lenient as I have heard about her. Whereas about the other two judges I am bit nervous. I have worked with Sarojji in Zara Nach Ke Dikha but have not danced. She is strict but I hope that I'm able to convince her by not making any mistakes."
  
  "Vaibhavi is also very strict and this is what I have heard. If not with my steps at least with my charm I should be able to get some good marks," he grins.
  
  How many hours do you practice? "Well it depends on my schedule. Normally I rehearse for 4-5 hours but if I'm busy with my DMG shoot then its 1-2 hours. At the end of the day when I return home, Shraddha is off to sleep."
  
  "I'm hardly able to give her time. By the time I reach home she is sleeping and then in the morning I have to get back to my shoot early. She insisted me to take the show and that is why I'm here talking to you about my first reality show as contestant," he verbalizes.
  
  Lastly, any message to your fans. "I love you guys. You mail and talk about me but this is the time to show as to how much you love me. So guys please help me and vote for me," he concludes.

  After Nach Baliye and Indian Idol, Sony's Jhalak Dilkhhla Jaa is the next biggest reality show to hit the television sets!!
  
  Telly Buzz had earlier mentioned that Saroj Khan had been finalized as one of the judges, and Juhi Chawla was in contention to be the second judge on the show. We had also mentioned that Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Arshad Warsi, Viveik Oberoi, Shaimak Dawar and Anil Kapoor were approached to fill in the third judges' spot.
  
  It's now time to give our readers a confirmation on the judges for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 3. And giving us info is our source, "Saroj Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Juhi Chawla have been finalized as judges for Season 3. We are happy that Sanjay is back as judge in the show. Saroj Khan is a cut above the rest as Judge, and Juhi Chawla will bring in the needed freshness this season".
  
  And on the contestants who have been finalized, our source informs "Hard Kaur the first female Indian rapper, who shot to fame with the song 'Glassy' , and went on to sing peppy numbers in Johny Gaddar, Ugly Aur Pagli, Singh is Kinng etc will take part in Jhalak".
  
  If the buzz is to be believed, the immensely popular Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover, who plays the dashing Dr. Armaan in Dill Mill Gayye was also approached for the show. "Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover has given his nod to be part of the show. He is one of the big names who will sizzle on the dance floor this year in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa", informs our source.
