Mogul Emperor Babar was a good poet, a great hunter and a man of wisdom. Very often he had to fight against his enemies in order to maintain his own kingdom, but he had a good army and he always won.

Babar had a son named Humayun, which means "fortunate." Sad to say, a series of unfortunate events took place in Babar's and Humayun's lives.

When Humayun was sixteen years old, his father wanted to conquer a particular place ruled by Ibrahim Lodi. The son said, "Father, you know our army is nothing in comparison to Ibrahim Lodi's army. How can you dare to fight with them?"

But Babar replied, "No, my son, we shall conquer them. Let them have the number; we have the quality and the capacity."

The son said, "Father, I will always abide by your will. Let us go."

Both the father and son were great heroes and with their small army they went to conquer Ibrahim Lodi's army. Surprisingly, they defeated the enemy. The people were very pleased with their new conquerors, for the old ruler had not been at all nice. One of the local governors owned India's most precious diamond, which was called Kohinoor . (The British government later took this diamond away from the Indians.) The governor gave Kohinoor to Babar's son, Humayun, because of his bravery. Humayun showed it to his father and said, "Father, this is for you."

But Babar replied, "No, my son, you deserve it. You have got it and you should keep it. I am very proud of you. You have fought so bravely. That's why you have been given this diamond. Now you keep it. I will be so happy if you do."

Father and son were extremely kind to each other and they returned to their own kingdom. Alas, in a few hours' time Humayun fell sick. Day by day his condition grew worse. Many doctors came to try to cure him, but none succeeded. They all said that his days were numbered. Many people prayed to Allah for Humayun's recovery, but to no avail.

Then a saint came to Babar and said, "If you make a great sacrifice, if you sacrifice something most precious, only then your son will be cured.

Babar asked, "What kind of thing should I sacrifice?

The saint said, "Give away Kohinoor . It is most precious."

But Babar said, " Kohinoor is my son's possession. What kind of sacrifice would that be? I have to sacrifice something of my own. I have so much wealth and prosperity, and such a vast kingdom. But the most precious diamond Kohinoor is not mine; therefore, I cannot sacrifice it. "And even if I did own Kohinoor, it would not be a real sacrifice to give it away. Even if I give away my wealth, power and kingdom, I don't think this is the most precious sacrifice I could make. My life alone is most precious. I am ready to give my life."

Then he walked around his son three times, praying to Allah, "For me, my most precious thing is my own life. The saint said to sacrifice something most precious, so take my life instead of my son's. This is my only prayer, and I sincerely mean it."

To his wide surprise, after he completed three rounds his son stood up completely well. But immediately Babar fell deathly ill.

Humayun cried and said to Allah, "My father is going to die, but I shall eternally treasure my father's fondness for me and my father's implicit faith in Your Compassion."

Allah listened to the father's prayer, and in three months' time Babar died. This is the love that a human father can have for his son.

Radhika, today pleads to Kanha and says, please take away Amma's pain....She says, Kanha mein unka Dard Aapnavogi...........I will make her pain my own.....................It is shown that both of them are in immense pain, then the flower drops from the idol of Kanha, indicating that her prayer is accepted...............Both of them faint............I think tomorrow Amma's blisters will be all gone...........She will be healthy..........and Radhika would be in immense pain.........................
My thoughts
I think Radhika is like Sandal wood tree, who gives fragrance to even the axe that cuts it........But as Kanha says, everyone has to pay for their actions, Radhika has to realize that Amma is in pain because of her misdeeds............But Radhika loves her family, her babuji and her babuji's mom so much that she is ready to take her pain also.....................
Does Radhika exist in real life is a big question???
Your turn friends.......................

Misti: when I meant Rads being in pain, if you see there was so much blood on the floor........That itself means her wounds are open..............And now tomorrow when she will see her burn marks, her confidence will hit the rock bottom...........

Anu i really enjoyed reading ire story thanks for sharing. But honestly todays episode seemed totally bogus and so out of touch from reality. Radhikas character is the same way...not real at all. Maybe people like her exist in this world but only up to certain degree...after everything she has gone thru and fully knowing who was behind it....she is still siding and fighting for the devil. This is just absurd and unreal. I don't think people like her exist to this extent. It would have been better if creatives just showed radhika staying away from the witch...not interact with her at all. That would have been better than what they showed today. What r they trying to prove anyway...that now the witch from hell will go scott free because that's what rads wants. What happened to the law of nature that even kanah cannot change? Oh my head is spinning. Still on my blackberry so please bear with me...

Anu, I am not watching this episode, so going with what you wrote in the update. For me I have reached the end of my tether with CB. I can take Rad suffering from low self esteem or low confidence due to her burns, but I cannot accept her forgiving amma time and time again.........not even when when her favourite God Kanha tells her just the opposite thing. I do not like her arrogance.........I had loads of empathy for her but now it is just irritation.

Anu and Banibond, people like Rad who think that they are mahaan do exist in this world. I know one of them but talking about her is another story and after todays episode I do not think people in this forum would like to read about more depressing story.

Agree with mist...radhikas character brings out too much irritation out of me. We all want to see her happy but she herself is denying happiness to herself by protecting evil. In the process dragging de down with her too. I don't think anyone can help her or make her happy not even dev or kanah until she is ready to help herself and accept the fact that amma will never love her the way she desires her to do so...until she realizes that alma will never have a place for dads in her heart I don't think Radha will truly be happy b/c that's what dads is craving for..even more than dev's love....sad but true.

yes your are right Banibond.......nobody can help her. It is said that u can take a horse to drink but u cannot make it drink water. The only person who can help Rad is Rad herself.

Anu - You are right. I missed this statement "mein unka Dard Aapnavogi". I think she borrowed all Amma's pain upon her. That's why she will fall into sick seriously tomorrow.

Well, we thought worst was over...but "Abhi picture bhaaki hein mere dost" (As Rubina says)

I thought this is where they gone beyond reality. Here is a guy who takes care of you like a flower. He gets worry looking at your worried face. He sees pain in you and feels the same pain. He looks at your smile and feels you are his pain balm. And you are the only goal in his life. But at the end of the day you throw all his aspiration and affection to trash and end up in hurting your body well knowing it will devastate him. Is this possible? No.
I guess anyone who is at the receiving end of this much love, they would think twice at least before hurting themselves and thus hurting their loved one. People may forgive bad guys but before that they will live and die for good ones. They never sacrifice their loved ones for not loved ones. Thats the human nature. Love and affection comes first.

So taking above reference, if Rad loves Dev and Amma equally or Rad do not distinguish the love received from Amma and Dev then I agree what she did is a humane thing or Rad is close to human nature.

Radhika is normal for everything that happens in real life when someone you know has tried her life she remained close to that person (I have experienced this) and we build character nothing less but that person is otherwise in short CB but now I watch the series without any interest
