Anu, thanks for the nice story of Babar and Humayun. We did have Babar and Humayun covered in our 7th grade History, but I don't recollect if this story was in there.
Amazing how you remember all these.

I think it is just a trick (a storyline) that the creators used to make Radhika suffer more and would lead to bad internal injury and this would be later used by them to show why Radh cannot have children in future? Just my opinion.
Don't know why Radh has to go against Kanha and do certain things. So, Kahna doesn't have the last word in Radh's life!

CB is showing characters that do not exist in real life.
( Just like the story of Shree which was about a ghost & another very popular Hollywood movie Ghost & many other stories based on supernatural themes . )
At least the extremes shown in this serial are all imaginary .
Just as Dev , does not exist in real world . However the character is loved & all the viewers are even ready to make love to him as is frequently revealed in the posts in this forum from time to time .
Radhika also does not exist in real life , neither does Amma or Devki .
or even Shastriji .
No prize to the story writer , because a writer should create characters who are lifelike , & the situations are also like what happens in real life but the whole is woven in such a way that it is exciting,believable & interesting .
That is why some stories are classics , though they do get boring at times .
Firstly CB was put on a pedestal & now it is being demolished ---that is real life !!

Now coming to the point People like radhika don't exist if such people would be there the world would have have been the best place to live and also people like amma also dont exist otherwise the world would have been the worst place to live.
I dont have my grandmother .She expire when i was a child.But when i see my friend's grannies I feel sad and always complain my parents that why only I dont have a granny.But after seeing CB I thought If i had a granny like AMMA i would have been a really spoilt child like the earlier vishakha which I dont want to be and on the contrary i miss my granny bcoz papa always says that my granny looked like dev's dadi.

Now one thing comes to my mind is we people always want those things which we dont have and that is reason i feel why radhika is doing such nonsense sacrifices bcoz she has now got everything (I mean dev as her husband) but not amma's love and blessings.
she is doing all this so that amma becomes healthy and repent her deeds and accept radhika and radev marriage.

BUT one thing still saddens me that how could she not listen to kanha's sayings and acted against him.kanha will see that she doesnot need any happiness for herself and will nor reward her with this further.

Guys: I did not defend Rads actions nor was condeming hers. But when I watched yesterday's episode, the incident between her and Amma reminded me of the story of babar. Hence wanted to share it with you. I just thought they are going to show, Amma getting completely cured, while Rads getting sick.............or her condition getting bad than before...........

anu ur predictions have come true !!! Radhika's condition has gone from bad to worst and Amma's condition has become from good to excellent and the most disgusting part was Dev getting scolding from the doctor for her doings😡😡

Abhilasha: While I understand your frustration, I want to present case in Radhika's defense.....She loves Dev immensely, but seeing her condition, she feels so low that she thinks she cannot fulfill her duties as DIL and more importantly as wife. She deems herself unfit for him....She is going through the phase where she is feeling worthless.......

anu I know and understand all those things but b4 taking any big desicion isn't it her own responsibility to talk to Dev about everything and inform him of the desicion she wants to take instead of just declaring it out
