Cold wax or Hot wax, which one is better?

Hi,
What's the difference between hot wax and cold wax? I believe we get it separately in shops. Which is good for removing hairs? Also, is it good to use homemade wax or should I go for branded ones? Pls shed some light on this.

Well, i've used Hot wax and ready made strips.
Between those two i would say hot wax was better at waxing. Though i did like burn myself the first time 😆

My aunt uses Cold wax and she says its better cause its easier...not having to heat it and all that.

When i used Hot wax i had to put it in the microwave like every few minutes

From my experience cold wax is more convenient cos its less messy

But hot wax works better

I use cold wax cos I prefer ready-to-use strips

Aww Jess Ive burnt myself with microwave wax before too :S

but be sure t buy enuff strips u dunt want patches

ALWAYS make sure you have enough strips 😆

Once i ran out of strips and i read somewhere that we can use cotton fabric
so i went through my old clothes and found a old red cotton top and cut it all up and used it as strips 😆
it worked but it left red fabric bits on my skin and i had to scrub it off 😆

i usually get waxing done at the salon cuz i know id mess up big time if i got a home made kit. i would burn myself 😆 i know i would!

im pretty sure hot wax is more efficient. but like evryone said cold wax works too! personally, id go with hot wax. either way, waxing is painful, but hot wax just works better- id stick with that!
