Why RagVir?? And The Murder Sequence?

If Ragini is with them as they were to doctor, so how come she wasn't showen?, I don't think Ragini was with them, but yes I think it might happend when Ranvir comes back, maybe Sadhna goes somewhere outside and on the way she might suddenly see Ranvir fighting with someone...........
