I dont think its a last minute twist or thay have changed the track any way because from the first day they wanted to show that Imli is a prominent memeber of the family...She got more screen space to share with Yudi...Rani started getting less importance. From Day 1 of Imli's entry...Dont you think the focus is more on her?
If they would have gone with the surrogacy track then, that would have also resulted in Yudi-Imli marriage..Rani maiyya would have sacrificed saying something or the other thing.I think the second marriage plan is Imli's ....I think she forced the doctors to tell that Rani was not pregnant and poisoned her and then teling her even surrogate mother method was also not possible so she would get an opportunity to marry Yudi...Ussne pehle se hi Raasta bana ke rakh diya. Yet, I strongly beleive that Yudi will not marry Imli at any cost...Kuch toh zaroor hoga!Now the question arises why did she disappear? Any predictions here Darshu?

If you think of the drawning scene......she saves Yudi and Yudi saves Rani. Then Imli jumps in the river and Rani sends Yudi after her. But Imli takes the ring and disappears. Yudi comes back to Rani. RS brings the ring back and no impact to raj parivaar.
So far all that has happened is according to the river scene. Rani has sent Yudi after her and she has disappeared....may be RS will show his magic here.
