If someone wants to make it to hollywood, then they would have to have something uinique which hollywood doesn't have. For example, jackie chen...he doesn't even know proper english but his stunts is what makes him famous.

Plus when hollywood tries to cast Indian artists, they look for their indian features. So basically someone brown, who represents east. (like Freida Pinto)They are hardly looking for someone white looking with blue eyes , that they can find on streets.

unfortunately (for some), in hollywood acting is more important than just looking pretty... and i kinda doubt that anyone is able to match up to some of the leading ladies in hollywood....!
