As we all know, the toe-ringed shoes for men and women came from South Asia and now it's caught on in the West thanks to major shoe companies. Do you like this trend, dislike it, or not care, and why? do you own any pairs of this style of shoes? I have a few pairs, but they are mostly dressy and can only go with salwars. And mine are purchased from India, they are authentic ones.

I like toe-ring sandals. Same here, the few pairs I have I actually got them from India and they have zari-work on them, so generally I only wear them with ethnic outfits. But I am thinking of trying them this summer at the beach with maybe a sundress. Will see how that goes:P

yah the toe ring sandals r relly beautiful and can be easily paired with indian dress i hav one with zari works

I have them in red, cream, and navy and they are all beautiful. The red ones have mirrors on them and are made of silk.

I used to think they were such a traditional thing, but now they have become so fancy and modern looking.

Yeah they are lovely and real ethnic too...im gonna try them with a pair of skinny jeans...u think they'd look good? coz i usually only wear them with indian clothes!!

I think they will look awesome, even the film stars wear them with some Western clothes I have seen. I have some with toe-rings but not the strap in the middle, it looks more chic that way.

Will try to look for some other examples, minus the strap to show you what i am saying.
