Why does Mayank never think about Nupur?

Does anyone else find it odd that despite having 'fallen in love' with Nupur, Mayank has not thought of Nupur in a softer manner since returning from Ahmedabad??.....I'm not counting Holi since he was drunk then....but is it really possible to suppress your feelings soooooooo much that you never even think softly of the person you are supposedly 'in love with' even ONCE???😕😕.....

Why do the creatives have only two modes??

Mode A: Show Mayank daydreaming about Nupur all the time like at Chunky Mishra's house

Mode B: NEVER show him thinking about her at all😕😕

Why does this only have to be in two extremes?🤔

mayank is trying 2 stay as stubborn as possible wen it comes 2 nupur's thoughts
he is trying 2 control his feelings n thoughts abt nupur

It is very odd that a man supposedly in love never has the time to think about the girl he's in love with....No one can possibly be even THAT good at suppressing their feelings, can they?

am going to anyway...because i have read some stuff here on how frustrating the track between mayank and nupur is and how demeaning it is for nupur to be chasing after a guy who repeatedly snubs her, that too in so rude a manner.

may i say though, anu, that having been there, done that, it does not seem completely out of character.

some one who has been as focussed, confident and sure about himself as mayank has been suddenly finds himself losing control over his thoughts and worse still, his actions. for people like him, the first stage of attraction is normally accompanied by anger towards ones own self. and not being able to channelize it well enough, it is normally misdirected towards the cause of the anger.

you will be surprised how well the ambitious can suppress any instinct that may be a deterrent in their path of glory. of course, rest assured that when they finally give in to the emotion, nothing can stand in their way.

mayank currently has managed to (or so he would like to believe) divert his focus back to his goals so effectively that it is actually no surprise that he doesn't have a thought to spare for nupur. how can he, when he has, for himself, decided that THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO GO!!

yep i totally agree with ya infact i was thinking to make a topic like this...

nupur said when returning from ahmedabad that when he is getting close to mumbai his behaviour was changing...but in fact after cming back he thot less abt her and actually being rude with her even more..

i dont say that he is not thinking abt her but i feel dey r always showing mayu being rude to her coz of the reason that he may get close but that reason isnt properly shown...i mean to say he is not shown thinking abt her more but he is shown being rude with her more ...

i hope u get my views right

I totally understand WHY he's suppressing his feelings, yaar....that wasn't my point....my point is that he's human in the end....I don't think it is possible that in some quiet, alone moment also, he NEVER thinks of Nupur?? Even once??? Then there can't be any feelings...he's not a robot....yes he is very stubborn about his denial right now but I don't think it's possible to have control over your feelings like this in a quiet moment of introspection when you're by yourself.....

I totally understand what you're saying yaar! This is EXACTLY what I was trying to say as well! That his rudeness is understandeable.....but they NEVER show him thinking about her apart from that! How is that possible when he's supposed to be in love with her now???😕😕
