Okay about the meaning of the words Goyake Chunanche..

GO KE would mean, AF IF, AS THOUGH, AS IF IT WERE, and such connotations.
CHUNANCHE would mean AND SO, a sort of finality.
Therefore, the words Goyake chunanche convey the meaning of THE BEGINNING AND THE END OF IT.

But i read on the internet that these words in the song have the following history :

These words ( Goyaake Chunanche ) were used by Kishore in a few songs.
Kishore and Pancham were good friends. So Pancham used to utter these (and many other nonsensical ) words when he used to compose the songs.
For Panchamda it was just a filler to the tune that he is composing (
the time when there are no lyrics )

Randhir Kapoor confirmed in an interview that Pancham was indeed using Goyake Chunanche, as fillers, with no meaning intended....later on then they decided to keep them in the song as it is.
