Payal Rohatgi actually looked like someone who does 'Mujra'. It was terrible.

I was wondering how a topic on Nauheed Cyrusi  had already accumulated 3 pages, now I know why, for all the wrong reasons though.
The Red heels are incredibly gaudy, don't even get me started on the rest. Worst dressing I've seen in ages.
