Excellent translation & analysis! Even I agree with u 100% that he was talking about Prem's come back & its not any look alike but Prem himself! I deduced all this but my only confusion was when he was refering to the yester year love stories. I couldn't decide whether he meant some stories of star crossed lovers or Prem & Heer's love story in their previous birth (which looked a little dicey to me). Now it makes sense.

And about that rebellion somehow I have a feeling he referred to the Rampals in context to the present scenario. Even when he was saying that history will repeat itself & eyes will have tears I feel he is referring to Rampal again who will be the deterrent factor in Prem & Heer's love story. Now exactly where all this fits is left to be seen!

I definitely think its Prem but whether he remembers about Heer & him is again left for speculation here. I think I will go with the memory loss idea for now because I don't think I saw any look of recognition in his eyes when he saw Heer, it was more of a frantic stance but again will wait & watch!

But I will have to say Rekhha Modi did a goog job in holding our attention with these dialogues & even managing to confuse us! I think it was their objective to do so, so that we remain hooked to the show from now on to see what unfolds.

by this he is referring to the great sand dunes of rajasthan......

U r right...i thought he was referring to Heer's sookhi zindagi...

he refers to the waves that are made on the dunes by the movement of sand.....

I thought he meant that even tho Heer's life is sookhi, the waves of her love for Prem could still be seen *too far fetched??*

now rajasthan is one of those states of india which is actually very consevative......love...affair...etc is a strict no...no.....whenever there has been love .....there has always been suppression.....if you go through the history of this place.....there have been a lot of love stories which were never finished......either the love birds were suppressed or they were killed ....no one came to know about them.....their bodies were left in the great desert.....so the desert is the lone witness of all the atrocities on lovers.....or there was a bagawat or a rebellion.....

U know, I never thought of this!! The bagawat I thought meant Prem's rebellion against death?? But after I read the next sentence, your interpretation makes more sense.

from here he actually starts referring to heer....who is in love...any other person would not be able to relate to the love stories of this land other than a person who himself is deeply in love......and that is a rare case......after years ...a person who is truly in love has come to this land......who will bw able to feel the connection....the love over here.......and will be able to relate her own love with the love stories of rajasthan....

here he means that after years the same intensity of love will be seen......old times will be back......(he is not referring to any pichhla janam).......he's referring to the lovers of old times who fought for their love.........

Yes...true true!! No...I so totally agree. The pichla janam seemed a little too far fetched! And boy do we know Prem fought for his love. Did u see the flashback Heer had, with an intensly passionate Prem telling "kisi ne agar Heer ki taraf aankh utha kar bhi dekha to aag laga doonga, poori duniya ko aag laga doonga"

virhaaaa means the pain of separation in love.....the same pain which heer is going through......her cries will reach his ears.......

Correct...but I think it also means an emotionally barren person...like Heer referred to herself as...and yes her cries will reach him

waqt gazab dhaayagaa.......aasmaan.....aasmaan.....zameen pe utar aayegaaa.......

time will show it's true colours......it will do something which no one had expected......the heaven will come down to meet the earth....(remember heer saying.....woh din abb door nahin jab zameen aur aasmaan ek honge...)

I thought it meant that time will wreck havoc....and the one we think is in the aasmaan (aka prem) will come to earth as in come back to Heer.

aur phir... aur phir....kuch aisa hoga jo pehle kabhie naa hua.....

then something will happen that has never happened before(like prem coming back from dead)

she will have tears in her eyes.....(tears of happiness on seeing prem alive).....and smile on her lips.......her eyes will feel that this is an illusion......but no it's not going to be an illusion...it's going to be a reality.....(heer will not be able to believe that the prem standing infront of her is her prem.....she will take time to accept it)

so totally agree! Prem coming back is the only way Heer would smile and cry at the same time! although i am a little skeptical that this cud be applied to a hamshakal also.

here he refers to the extreme cold of rajasthan which melts people.....and the extreme heat which burns them.....now lets see whether the pain of separation that you have is gonna melt you....(i.e. finishes you...)......or the amazing scenario that you are going to witness burns you(i.e.... kekindles a new lease of life in you...)

Hmm...I got this part wrong...galaa deti hai...i thought was to freeze...it is melt...
although i think what he says is "dekhte hain tumhara yeh dard tumhe jala ta hai (pain burns u) ya phir hairangi ka mazhar tumhare jism ko galaa ta hai (or your amazement will melt u)
