Cube some chicken breast and put into a saucepan with 1tbsp oil, green chillies, a little ginger and garlic and some salt......when almost done, add to it some dhania powder and red chilli powder and one chopped firm tomato and one chopped green pepper.
When chicken is done....mix it into boiled pasta shells...add some red pasta sauce (we use a spicy flavoured one). turn this out into a oven dish and add a little white lasagne sauce over the top, sprinkle with cheese and dried hers and bake till golden brown. cut into portions and serve with salad...........
