As for the police, they mentioned that this is a notorious gang. If BM said Titli is a part of it, as per their duty, they'll have to arrest her as a suspect until their investigation is complete. I don't think they'll want to take the risk of letting a criminal escape.

Garv's anger is his biggest flaw and something that he will actively learn how to work through over the course of the story.

He is protective of women, but I think he doesn't know how to do right by more than one. Let's have a look at Monica's wedding. Yes, Aditya's mom felt heavily insulted and by humiliating BM she did wrong by her. By declaring the wedding canceled, she in turn did wrong by Monica. Garv chose to ignore all the women and only focus on doing right by his BM which was not correct. He didn't for once pause to think how his sister feels or how the mom felt.

He means well, but he doesn't know how to provide solutions that will keep all parties happy. There will always be someone or another who would get slighted.
