i guess nahi di..i am sure varun will come out of tis.....he is a person whose thinking starts where everyone stops thinking....i feel varun is far 2 intelligent...he knows hw 2 mould the situation n put it in such a manner that he proves himself as a clear winner ...he judges well bout the situation n knows hw to bring it in his favour ....he is very smart n cunning.....n worth 2 b a RAW agent

Varun is the intellegence officer of RAW. What I feel is he'll make Usmaan convince that he is actually a terrorist first and has infiltrated RAW later. Thats why RAW and CID are hunting for him. He can show proof of CID, Police and RAW hunting for him.
