New shows on Sony in 2007

I was watching SBS video and they showed that Sony is introducing many new shows in 2007. Wonder which all current shows will get the axe😕.Hope TKTG survives as its a good show.

Viruddh[Smriti Irani]
Durgesh Nandhini[Some Bengali classic-Same prod house as TKTG]
Khamoshi[Thriller with Mona Singh]
Jeete Hain Jiske Liye[Italian Novel - Renuka Shahane's comeback]
Extreme Makeover[Reality show hosted by Mona Singh]
New show with Aamna Sheriff- not named yet.

Also Indian Idol 3 and Jhalak 2 will come later this year.

when we were sick and tired of the old shows that were running for 2 or 3 years...there were no new shows to take its place
and now that we are happy with wat we have...we have new shows to come and thus sony makes the current shows end in a snap

I agree Sony keeps bringing in new shows and not let us enjoy the ones that are already there. Vaidehi went off air when it was a good show and did good in the TRP ratings. If they can take a good show then they can take out any show. I fear they might take out TKTG and replace it with Viruddh which I have heard is going to be on the same time slot as TKTG.

NOooooooo!! I hate this!! Why can't they put these shows in the afternoon? Why do they have to put it in the evening and replace the good shows?😭

I am not sure whether to be happy or sad. 😕

I am glad that Sony is going to air a lot of new shows. 👏 I only hope that they will not end TKTG in an abrupt manner. Somehow, I think that ELAS will go off the air. It needs to. 🤢 Other than that, I can only wait and watch.

In any manner, Sony needs to revamp its image very badly, if it wants to be a contender to Star and Zee. Let us see how Sandeep Sickand does his job.

I am confused too.Recently there was an article that ELAS and Rishton ki dor[] got 1 year extension....with this many new shows i really hope and wish TKTG survives😕..this show is hatke from regular rona dhona shows.

as much as I want ELAS to end...it just got a year of extention...so...it's not going anywhere for a while...and TKTG completed a year and i hope that they keep going cuz it's a good show. Bigg Boss needs to end soon...err i can't think of any more shows😆

When are these new shows going to air?(espcially the Mona Singh shows).

PS- TKTG is probably the most interesting serial on Indian TV since JJKN.
