Okay to ask this question I need to tell you a small story to get comfy!😛

You are at an interview and you get asked this question:

The company - "Assume you have been taken up for the place. We train you and spend a lot of money to get you speiclised for the job. What if after the training you decide to settle with family? How can we be sure you won't?"

Would you call that a discriminating question? What would you say to this question?

I asked this to someone on my family and the replied, "I will anwser your question after you go and ask all the male candidates first"😛

hi..ill be first...i think its discriminating and stereotyping also. women are allowed to have the same opportunities in the work place as men do. If a women works hard and satisfies everything they desire and then she wishes to god forbid have a life other than work, thats not their business thats hers. It must of been a man...money hungry boss that asked this right!! Some stupid men just think about money
