It sounded like salangai stuff, so I reread the part, and then figured out what it could mean, and thought of confirming it only after I started writing out the reply.

Dhansham/ghansahm comes from bombay to meet father to deposit his son madan in mental institution. Runs into a girl upon getting back into car. Flashback, girl is in bombay running into a bad place asking for queen bee Durga mai.
Till now this show was ok. Now there are bad connotations.

Thanks Roja for the update. Who are these characters, Rattan Shah and Mammat khan? Are they new characters?

Why do people think that if a relative owns his business, or is highly placed in a company, it is his God-given duty to get jobs for all his relatives, however undeserving they may be, in his company?

Awww, that episode where Rattan Shah was introduced
is with Giri - sent it to her to post - 14th jan -
These 2 are new characters. Rattan comes to admit
his son who is mentally unstable here and sees Eashwari.
He talks about some Durga mai who is a look alike
of Eashu - some kind of a dadi(??!!) in Bombay and
is an arch enemy of Rattan. Durga was murdered by
Mammat and when Rattan claims to have seen her alive
in the south, Mammat does not believe. Giri will
post the episode when she gets in - she is busy with
some personal work.

And yes, the working partner stuff - so far Mano
seems to be holding on to his dogma but am not sure
if he will overcome the emotional blackmail by his
wife - well.. you and me know only too well about
logic in serials 😳 😳
