If any of you thought that LR1 was fazed by MM's statement , think
again. MM says that the groom is a drunkard. LR 1 is all set for a
lage lage " yaar thaan intha kalathile kudikkalai?? Kudikkaravanukku
pOnnu thara maattennu sonna, inge 50% of the men have to stay single!!"
Periappa interjects "appo , you plan to give your daughter to a drunkard
just because he is rich?? How can u do that knowingly??" LR 1 has a
valid argument ready "yen, unga thambi kudigaran nnu therinji thaane
ennai kalyaanam panni vaichinga??? I came to know about that immediately
after the marriage... I complained to you and what did u say??? amma, nee
intha veetukku vazha vantha ponnu, yen thambiyai thiruthidu nnu
sollalai??? till date, your brother is a kudigaran. But Rani is educated,
she will reform her hubby somehow" The whole family is stunned ( guess LR 1
hit them where it hurts !!! It was a valid argument and periappa had to
hang his head down in shame ) While all the rest lost their tongues, MM is
able to find his "Ok, unga argument kke varren, what if Raani is not able
to reform the groom?? Like how u failed?" Having stunned the family for
a while LR 1 goes great guns "no problems, she wil have a lot of property as
support. What do I have..other than this palace?" Now LR 1 is categorical -
" I am the one who has every right to fix Raani's life. All of you keep off"
Now Reva interferes " But Raani wants to study further !!! Why do u want to
spoil that??? Education is the only wealth !!" LR 1 pooh poohs Reva " aama,

enna kettu pOitte?" Now Rani says that she has a right to decide her life -
" I want to study, get a decent job and make my brother proud. I do not
want to marry now" LR 1 pounces " All of you talk as if MM did every thing
for all of you!!! What about me?? I did a lot...even brought up MM without
letting him know that I am his step mother!!! Until I myself told him, he
did not know that and that is the reason that he loved u all. But he has
an ulterior motive. he wants every one to praise him .... how he settled his
brother and sister !!! Basically, he is jealous that both my children will have
a prosperous life..jealousy.." Now Archu jumps the gun and says that LR1
is in a hurry to get this marriage done so that MM and Archu will leave the
house. LR 1 is beyond caring "yes , I am doing this only because I want
u both out of here..." and then addresses all " this marriage will go on as
scheduled, no one can stop it" - goes in to her room and shuts the door.
Periappa apologizes to Raani saying that he could not help her. Raani cries.
MM tells her firmly that he will not allow this wedding to happen. Reva consoles
Raani.
Priya - sitting alone and mooning - has visions of Gautam being dragged by the
police. LR 3 calls her for food....asks her to bring the sambar..... and serve it.
Preoccupied Priya pours the sambar on Vinod's hands... he slaps her...
Manjal pisasu watches Priya..
Sivaraman chides Vinod for hitting Priya LR 3 says that Sivaraman did not
believe what she said "ippO neengale paarunga.." Sivaraman asks the rest to
eat and draws aside Priya. Talks very nicely to Priya saying that such confusions
are due to problems - either at home or outside "namba veet le no problems...
who is that boy?" Priya cries some more and Sivaraman coaxes - as she is
about to spill, manjal pisasu comes calling "maamaaa..." She was watching
the whole thing and timed it well -" Girls might find it difficult to share every
thing with their father. It is easier to share with the mother. I will talk to her...

be frank with anni. After he leaves... manjal pisasu looks at priya and asks
"enna Gautam thaane??" Priya breaks down some more..."anniiii" leans
on manjal pisasu who looks like a greedy cat near the milk pot....

Tuesday 15th December update
Next morning, Bags tries to sweet talk to Vasu and tries to tell him Rani marriage matter. He replies he knows what she is about to say as Revs gave already told him everything last night. He ask how she can think of getting his sister married off to a drunkard just cause of the moneys sake. Bags brainwash him by saying even his father is a drunkard but still she lived with him. Rani will reform her husband and it's a one time chance, they wont get another alliance like this for her so its better to grab it. Just like he got a good life, his sister too will and request him to advise his sister. Vasu seems to be convinced much against Revs, Rani and Archus high hopes on him. He advise Rani to listen to their mother🤢, she is doing everything for their welfare and no one else than him and their mother cares about her and her future so its better to go ahead with the marriage plan and takes Revs with him🤢🤢🤢. (Hmm…of yeah..you are the one who bread beaded this family, worked hard and even paid for Ranis edcuatedion and bus tickets..that's why you care more about her than rest..LOSER😡. I hope hid wedding happens, and the evil witch finally suffer by seeing her own blood and flesh suffer…that's when people like her will get good lesson, what goes around comes around) Revs cousin sister is in the town and she goes to see her.

At the police station, Rani tells the inspector that this marriage is fixed with her consent and nobody forced her.. Selvam is shattered.. Rani says initially I refused but later mom convinced me.. My brother has complained to you based on my initial refusal.. Bhagyam nakkala Selvatha pakara.. Inspector scolds Selvam for wasting their time and energy .. She says I will put you behind bars for this.. Bhagyam says warn him and leave him this time.. he did this to take revenge on me.. he might not like me.. But I have the valaratha pasam.. Let him free.. Inspector says pathiyada.. ithu dhan thai pasam.. A speechless Selvam walks out lifeless.. A soga BGM is played ( song tells about how the relationships you trust breach it..)
Revathy comes to an ad film shooting spot in search of her cousin Neha.. She is surprised to see Neha as a top model giving interviews to some reporters.. Neha talks about How she became a successful model within such a short span, her roots being from south and been brought up in north.. As she is talking she notices Reva and calls her .. She introduces Revathy to the reporters and asks them to finish the interview.. A Reporter asks are you in love.. She says no personal questions please.. She poses for some photos with Reva and some alone. Reporters and still photographer leave.. Neha and Revathy exchange pleasantries.. Revathy says Neha I am surprised you have become a model.. I thought you would be in some technical line.. Neha details her entry into modeling field, about her busy schedule etc.. Revathy romba interesteda listens.. Neha says I earn 1 to 2 lakhs per day.... Revathy ask so mucha.. Neha says this is jujubi.. many models earn 10 - 20 lacs per day.. Revathy gapes at Neha.. Neha is called immediately for next shot.. Neha takes leave and so does Revathy.. An agent who arranges models for the shoot comes vexed since the producer and director are rejected all the homely girls he got.. He polambufies to his friend the still photographer who clicked Neha's photos.. that photographer shows Neha's snaps.. Agent is impressed with Revathy.. he says she is like a mahalakshmi,, very homely.. why not approach her.. Photographer says she is Neha's cousin.. not sure if she is willing to act.. Selvam reaches his shed and his worker ask him why late.. what happened.. A silent Selvam goes to work.. workers asks him to change the dress. He does not bother.. he is working with a hammer but his mind is thinking about what Rani told.. He hits his hand and starts bleeding.. the workers come running and do the first aid..
Archana comes to the shed and apologizes for coming late.. She calls Selvam to eat.. Selvam is lost in his own world.. Archu notices that Selvam is hurt and gets worried.. Workers say Selvam is never careless in his work.. He came late to shed and something has happened. Archu says you left early from home. If you did not come here Where did you go.. Selvam says some work.. Archu says you are not ok.. Something has happened tell me.. Selvam says leave it.. Archu says no secretes between hubby and wifey. Tell me.. Selvam updates the happenings at police station.. Archukulla irukara badrakali wakes up again.. She curses Rani for betraying her husband.. Selvam angrily stares at her..

Raani's explanation continues - Raani tells LR 1 that she can burn
