Yes, Bhagyam is Selvam's chitti... Poonga's second wife.. Poonga's brother (selvam's periappa) will ask bhagyam to marry poonga who is with a child (Selvam) and take care of both.. For that he will give the house that they are staying in now.. Adha vachu than indha Bhagaym attam...

Shree, jeyanthiku ore jolly than.. no work at all nu nenaikaren...
