Jayanthi says the doctor in their hometown had said she cannot abort the baby and she does not want to face anymore insults. Bharath tells her the doctors in Chennai are more efficient nad have better technology and he is sure they will have different opinion. He also tells her that it would be difficult for Jayanthi to be a single mom and work. Finally Jayanthi agrees and they see a doctor. The doctor examines Jayanthi and tells them to come back in the evening as she would have the results by then. Later that evening the doctor tells Jayanthi she is now three months pregnant and it would be a difficult procedure but she will try her best. Jayanthi and Bharath leave the clinic.
