Thulasi looks at Tamil speechless.
Tamil looks at Thulasi blankly not knowing how to react.Doctor, "Inga vaa, Thulasi. Konjam tests lan edithirlam.😕"Both of them look at eachother blankly (Atleast now can't you tell him?)Doctor, "Thulasi."Tamil snaps out of the gaze first and turns to the doctor and gives a fake smile, "Po Thulasi. Doctor kupudranagala." and takes Thulasi by her hand and makes her sit on the patient's chair😳.
The doctor takes out the sphygmomanometer and starts taking her blood pressure. Thulasi keeps looking at Tamil.
Tamil looks at her smiling though the pain can be clearly seen in his eyes.Doctor, "Parava illaya blood pressure nethaya vida nala korangiruku. Ena? Purushanta pesuna approm baram la koranjidicha🤔?"
Thulasi turns to look at Tamil who is looking down smiling sarcastically.
"Kavala padatha naraiveruku modha karu thangathu, athu matum illa nee padikanum" Tamil sharply turns to look at Thulasi who is in her 'Thulasi' mode and looking down now😡. Tamil turns a little angry 😲but controls it. The nurse comes in with the form.Doctor, "Ivangaluku blood test eduthirunga."The nurse keeps the form in the table😳 and turns to take an injection.Tamil takes his pen out😲. The nurse takes the injection and moves near Thulasi.
Thulasi looks at Tamil taking the form and is going to sign it😲.
The doctor is busy attending a phone call😕.
The nurse searching for a vein to take blood.
Thulasi looks at Tamil searching for his place to sign the form😲.
The nurse finds the vein. Tamil finds the place to sign😲.
The nurse injects the injection as Tamil begins to sign it😲.
Thulasi closes her eye and shouts, "VENDAM!" Everyone turn to look at her.
*Ippovathu olunga solluvala?😉*
*Wait! Vendam for injection or sign?😕*

The nurse injects the injection in her vein. Thulasi closes her eyes and shouts, "Venam!" startling Tamil and he drops his pen. The nurse also gets startled and the injection needle scratches through her skin.Thulasi gets up and goes and takes the form from Tamil and tears it up. She then turns angrily at the doctor🤣, who holds her phone with her hands and says, "Neenga pesitei irunga nan poi intha phone a pesi mudichitu varein😆" and silently escapes from the room and actions the nurse to also follow her😆. Tamil looks a little startled at her actions but then holds her shoulders, "Thulasi, ithu unoda vazhuka😕. Nee ena decision eduthalum nan atha mathikirein😳, enakaga nee entha thyagamum seiya vendam🤔. Namaku ippo illana ena, kandipa oru nal kolantha porakum🤓. Solla pona ithu ein thapum than...nan konjam careful a iruthirkanum...hm..seri athu elam ippo pesavenam...ippotheiku unaku ethu pannumo pannu un purushan un kudavei irupein...ana thaivuseithu enuma ethaiyum maraikatha, manasuku romba kashtama iruku😳" He takes her hands and keeps it near his heart and looks at her as if he is asking a promise😳. Thulasi nods yes, smiling through tears😳. Tamil notices the blood coming out of Thulasi's hand, "Yei! Enathu ithu? Nurse! Doctor!" and makes a total fuss looking around for bandage and medicine😆.
The doctor and nurse come in. The nurse takes care of covering the wound. Doctor, "Ena Thulasi? Ena mudivu panniruka?" (Itha first ai keturkalamla!😛)Thulasi looks at Tamil who is looking at the nurse who is covering the wound with so much concern😳 and then looks at the doctor and smiles, "Enaku intha kolantha venum doctor. Ena analum seri, enaku intha kolantha venum😳."
Tamil turns to look at her surprised and nods no without himself realizing 😳.
Thulasi smiles and nods yes😳.
Tamil also smiles while a drop of tear rolls down his cheek which he rubs off😳. Doctor, "Inaiku un BP a patha pero enakum nambika vanthiruku😊. Nala sathana agarum elam sapta romba healthy airuveinga, kavalaiya padatheinga. Hm..intha list la elam details um iruku..enalam pannanum enalam panna kudathunu😊."
The doctor gives the list to Thulasi but Tamil takes it from her😳.
Tamil, "Nee itha follow panna mata😛. Nan pathukurein😳. Nee college poi padikira velaya matum paru." Everyone in the room smile😊. Tamil and Thulasi leave the room after she has given blood for the tests where Thulasi was laughing and Tamil crying while she was giving the blood😆. Both of them come out the room and smile at eachother😳. Just then, a lady starts crying in pain for labor😲.
Tamil looks at the lady who is crying in so much pain and holding her husband's hands and turns to look at Thulasi who is smiling😳.
Tamil takes Thulasi's hand in between both his hands and takes it his heart with a mind voice, "I will take care of you with all my might, that's a promise😳"
Thulasi smiles though a little confused at his gesture😳.

Subham! Because having exams😛! Illana I would have continued😛!
