Ian Somerhalder directs his sister on the next epi of tvd!!

Getting to direct my sister @katgrahampics in a scene that she showed some amazing colors in. Adore this woman... Thanks to my brother @cornellwillis for snapping this piece of candid photographic evidence of me ruining a perfectly good episode of The Vampire Diaries;)

And , the healthiest relationship for Damon is Bonnie n also in the upcoming episode he's excited to see his scenes with bonnie ( no mention of the canon pairing or the female lead 😆 😉 , why am I not surprized 😆 😆 )

Basically Ian couldn't make it clearer ever that he's the biggest fan of Bamon n Bonnie n biggest hater of Delena n couldn't care any less about the character Elena.

I don't know , how any one could ever enjoy such a pair when one of the actors couldn't stop throwing shades at their precious pair. But, then that's just me , huh ?? 😆 😆

I could go on writing about how he said he needs to be given viagra to enact DE romance in a recent CON, but I won't do that .

If I start writing about all the very very cruel n nasty things he's said about DE in the last one n half year n all the great n heart warming stuffs about Bamon n Somergraham chemistry , that's be a huge book the size of an encyclopedia. But , I won't push DE fans over the edge any more. 😆

Also because it's common knowledge now how much Ian Somerhalder is anti-DE every thing , so it's not really any thing I need to write about.

I really feel bad for DE fans though.

But if you really want an answer to your question.. that situation doesn't bother me. 😃 Because whether liking a ship or not is the opinion of the actors. But if Ian Somerhalder had flatly claimed that he saw Nina Dobrev as a sister, yes, it would bother me to see him romancing her the way he has to in the show. However, the comment he made (I had never heard of it before so that's news to me) about Elena 'should have been' Damon's sister.. holds no strength for me.

1) The two dated in real life so for him to be claiming that he'd like to share a sibling relationship with her would be.. uncomfortable. And for me, horrifying.
2) In regards to the show, the character Elena previously dated Stefan, the brother. Logically, she cannot be a Salvatore (unless of course, she's married into the family).

Now, if you're truly offended that I have an opinion of what I prefer when it comes to actors.. I can't apologize for that and I won't. I didn't offend you or your fandom. I stated what made me uncomfortable. There's no need to start generalizing Delena fans because I for one, am no longer a Delena fan. In fact, I don't even watch the show anymore. Huh. The things you discover when you don't choose to generalize eh?
