beautiful analysis madz...I am so with you!...last night's episode broke my heart 😭. I cant imagine what it must feel like to bury every single member of your family in such a short span of time and at such a young age. Poor Elena!😭

I loved and hated this episode...loved it because like you said it was not about a particular ship, this episode was about tvd as a whole and it was amazing...hated it because I am still in shock and cant seem to snap out of it.

I loved that part where Matt talked to Elena and tried to give her hope and strength to accept what was about to become reality for her. I have to say, Matt is an amazing friend and I hope he doesn get killed off any time soon.

You are so right about Stefan and Defan. It seemed like finally Stefan has accepted Delena and Defan are going to be all right (that was such a sweet scene!). Good thing too because if this episode was any indication, Delena are here to stay. Elena was paralyzed with pain but it was amazing (and not very surprising) to see Damon also just as paralyzed. He knew that more than anything else Elena needed to have her best friend safe at home and was not going to leave without her. His love for Elena was tested and he proved himself with flying colors when rather than seeing her in such incredible pain he decided to have her turn on her feelings for everything and everyone including him. I remember he told Elena once when she was conflicted about compelling Jeremy, "mad sucks but dead is worse". He was right, even if Elena is mad at him at first, the truth is this is what is going to help her survive right now and she loves Damon enough to get over it because she really gets him.

Honestly, this episode felt like JP's last solute to TVD. The tvd she started with KW is over and now they are going to start a new chapter.

Why did Jeremy have to die? :'( It's so unfair!

I confess I cried throughout the whole episode, especially during the last part when Elena realized that Jeremy is dead and broke down. And then came the part where Damon asked her to turn her humanity off🥺

Hats off to Nina! Her acting left me speechless today!

I tried not to cry. My eyes got watery and that's about it. I wasn't gonna cry over a fictional show. Plus my brother was there watching the show with me and he thinks I'm a freak.

It was a sad heartbreaking episode. I loved the DeFan moment, the Delena moment, the Matt-Elena moment, and even the Damon-Bonnie hug.

I just feel so bad for Jeremy. Poor poor Jeremy. I was hoping he would return and maybe he will with Silas around to control Bonnie.

I also think Stefan is coming to terms with accepting Delena but I also noticed how Damon seems to really believe in the sire bond. When Stefan brought it up, Damon seemed to agree with him that his sire bond can help Elena. But still after a long time, I'm happy for Defan. Paul did say that the brothers would bond more despite what's happened between them regarding Elena.

Matt is a sweetheart and I feel like he's needed in this show because he's the only human left. Plus I feel like he brings that element of connection for us normal human being viewers. Matt doesn't have a family except for the friends he has and he is struggling to survive in this town. Yet I adore Matt and Elena's relationship and I can see why there are Matt-Elena shippers out there. I just hope they don't kill off Matt as well. His scene in the car crying was so sad to watch and then him just coming to terms with Jeremy's death but still having to comfort his pal Elena, how sad!

Poor Jeremy my heart goes out to the Elena poor her she lost her brother did Jeremy had to go! 😭 Nina stole the show for sure she was amazing.

I cried too. Felt bad for her but really felt what elena felt...Jeremy died and it is disapppointing...devastating for me. I was still in denial till the time she burnt the house and they showed Jeremy burning up. This is so shocking...I hate Julie Plec. Come on...the show cant be just about Elena and the love triangle. I NEED JEREMY...JEREMYYY😭

I really wish she would kill off some of the unnecessary newer characters. I've become attached to all the characters that were originally there from the beginning but with the introduction of new characters and giving them space, other characters either end up dying or are in writer's purgatory until JP finds a way to bring them back to the story. I've waited to so long for Katherine to come back and now that she's back, Jeremy is gone 😭. I just hope they don't kill off any more important characters. I know important characters' deaths are crucial for the story sometimes, but it kills me 😭.

the entire episode was too emotional i had tears in my eyes.can't believe that jeremy is indeed dead..i thought may be they might find a way to get him back but that can't happen now.nina had brought tears in everyone's eyes today.

nina was so awsum today that i don't have words to appreciate her...that scene was too heartbreaking when she was shouting to stop the pain...fabulous performance👏 also before that when she goes upstairs in her room and is scared to lift that sheet from jeremy's face...the final realization that he can never come back. nina just stole it. I also liked the scene where matt was crying in the car ...feel so sad that everyone has lost someone who they loved the most.

there were many beautiful scenes in this episodes...when damon finally asks her to shut off humanity before that he tells her he is gonna make it ok...it was so beautiful.

when stefan calls him and asks him to comeback for elena ...it was amazing...lvd stefan there.

the last scene where stefan and damon were talking and stefan didn't even completed the sentence but damon understood it and put his arm over his shoulder and said i know...lvd the brother bonding there even though they share a complicated relationship.

feel so bad for elena...she lost her only family member...m so sad for her...Nina portrayed the grief, pain,the breakdown so well ...she deserves to sweep all the awards there for the best actor.

this episode was too emotional...

now how am gonna wait till march ????why does they need so many breaks.

Exactly. Seeing Elena without Jeremy, the only family of her, brothers realized that they are the only left family for each other. If one of them will lose the other, Stefan will become Ripper and Damon will turn off the switch forever.

Well. You know something? In TVD, an era has ended. In every show it happens. Like it happened in GA. Few original characters remains but a point of time comes when nothing can be same as it was. And 415 was that point. TVD will never be the same. And I think I love this change. Coz, it was getting boring lately. And yes...I hate new characters. I hate April, Hayley. BUT. you know me, right? 😉 As far as Damon in in. I am in. 😳
