He was introduced as a vampire hunter as well...He is not "The five" kind of hunter...then how did it occur to him to get trained as a hunter? We lost that history over there...or maybe the writers didnt get this fab concept at that time😉

Interesting to see how Jeremy will progress to be one. Loved his dialogue...ok,give me a stake and I'll kill Damon😊

Yes, Ric wasn't one of 'the five'. He got into this vampire hunting thing coz of Isobel! He knew she was into vampire thing, and thought she was killed by one (Damon) so for taking revenge on supernatural creatures, he got into this.

Hehe!! I loved that dialogue too!!

Damon : "Easy Ven Helsing! We'll get you one! Don't worry!!!" 😆

If I am not mistaken, he became a hunter after his wife Isabelle was killed by a vampire in front of him... Though turns out she became one herself and the vampire was Damon whom she had struck a deal with for attaining vampirism...
