Stefan leaned forward slightly, angling his body towards the Seer. "You're sure about what you saw?"

"Yes," Cordelia replied, exasperated. "However many times you ask it, my answer is not going to change. Neither is this headache for that matter, until you stop this vision from happening."

"But how can Elijah turn up at the Gilberts'?" Damon ignored the brunette's muttering about her head hurting. "He's dead."

Cordelia raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms over her chest. "So are you."

Bonnie choked back an amused scoff. Damon simply glared at the brunette that was slowly becoming the bane of his existence.

"Look," Caroline interjected, knowing that both Damon and Cordelia would not back down if they got started on the snark. "You can understand why we're wary right? I mean, you're saying Elijah isn't as dead as we thought, and he's after Elena again - but we don't know if we can trust you."

The Seer bit back a sigh. She had known it would be tough when she had taken the assignment from the Powers, but it was still annoying. To her surprise, the witch, who had been silent up till then, spoke up. Since Bonnie had been almost as vocal as Damon on not trusting her (and hadn't that annoyed the two to know that they had something besides Elena and Stefan in common), it was a shock to hear her speak not against her.

"We should still check it out." Bonnie looked from one Salvatore brother to the other, and then at her blonde best friend. "It's about Elena," she shrugged then. "What have we got to lose if we listen to her?"

"I'm sorry, am I supposed to trust you?"

"I have not harmed you yet."

"Doesn't mean you won't."

"I will not harm you, you have my word."

"Again, am I supposed to believe you?"

"I am a man of my word."

"You're a vampire. Not exactly trustworthy in my experience."
