The Vampire Diaries, Episode 5, Season 2: Kill Or Be Killed
FLASHBACKS ARE IN ITALICS

Mason pays the bartender and walks out of the bar.
A guy with blond hair follows him out. Jimmy pushes Mason and tells him that he knows he's been with Marlin. A fight starts, Mason gets pissed off and ends up killing him by accident.
Tyler asks if Mason was sleeping with Jimmy's girlfriend and Mason tells him no.
Mason bends over and his eyes start glowing-a yellow-ish and gold color become his eyes.
Mason tells Tyler that he doesn't want this because one death caused by them could trigger this curse and that would mean a life time of werewolf transformation misery.

Mason asks Tyler about the moonstone and Tyler shows Mason the hiding spot where Mason had hidden the moonstone at first. Tyler opens the safe and lets Mason look through it. Mason refuses to tell why he wanted the ring.
Elena tells Jeremy that Mason Lockwood is a werewolf. Jeremy tells her that since he is a Gilbert, everything about the supernatural should be known to him and he should be able to help in any way he can. Elena tells him it's dangerous and he needs to stay out of it, Jeremy agrees.
Elena opens her closet and after closing it, finds Stefan in front of her. They kiss and hug. The two talk about them "fighting" in front of Caroline because she'll obviously report it all back to Katherine.
Caroline and here mom chat about the Historical Society Picnic. Liz asks Caroline if she was alright and Caroline tells her that she needs to quit pretending to be a mother.
Carol is thanking everyone for coming to the Historical Society Volunteer Day.
Mason unloads some boxes from his truck and Stefan approaches him. He apologizes for Damon's behaviour and asks for a truce. Mason gives him the cold shoulder and tells him that Damon should watch his back. Upset, Stefan warns Mason that he was only strong on a full moon and there was only one of him whereas there was the two of them(Stefan and Damon). Mason, reluctantly agrees on a truce.
Damon and Stefan chat for a bit about how Damon had just screwed everything up.
Jeremy and Tyler are at the bar & grill. Aimee's friend wonders since when had Jere had gotten so hot. Finally, Jeremy approaches Tyler and asks how he's been. Tyler shrugs him off but stops Jeremy when he's about to leave. He thanks Jeremy for being so nice the other day at the funeral.
Aimee approaches the guys with her friend. The four decide to go to Tyler's house.
Mason tells Liz about Stefan and Damon being vampires. Liz doesn't believe it so Mason tells her that he can prove it.
Care goes on a rant about how her mother was now trying to be "the best mother" ever. A while later, she asks how things with her and Stefan were going. Elena tells her that Stefan is concerned for her safety ad they haven't spoken since the fight.
Liz and Damon share an awkward conversation. Damon asks if she was alright and Liz tells him that it was Care. Damon asks if there was any way he could help. She turns him down.
Caroline tries to stop Elena when she decides to go talk to Stefan. Damon walks over to Care and asks her why she was being such a ***** to her mother.
Elena and Stefan have a fake fight regarding Katherine with Damon and Care listening to their every word.
Sarah and Aimee are dancing and Aimee apologizes for what she did at the pool party and the two agree to become friends.
Sarah sees Jere's sketch book in his backpack. Jeremy shows them the sketches which are all werewolves. Tyler asks Jere if he'd like to see his sketches. He takes Jere to his fathers office and locks the door and then pins Jere to the wall demanding what the sketches were about. Jere tells him that he knows what he is.
Mason and Damon chat for a bit and then Stefan comes. Damon asks what the "drama" was about in STELENA's relationship because the two don't fight. Stefan tells him to drop it. Damon takes the lemonade glass from a little girl who offers him some. Damon spits out the lemonade and starts coughing. Stefan asks him whats wrong. Damon chokes out "vervain". Liz watches from afar.
Elena is sitting on a rock by a waterfall and Care also comes there. Caroline admits that she wasn't a good friend. She sees her mother leaving.
Liz tells Care that something came up so she had to leave.
Stefan forcefully makes Damon sit down when Damon tries to go and kill Mason. The two follow Mason into the woods.
Care and Elena also hike up the woods. Care stopped at the top and tries to listen for something.
Stefan and Damon surround Mason. Mason suddenly ducks down and Damon gets shot. Stefan turns around and is also shot. The two brothers fall down as they get shot with wooden bullets.
Caroline tells Elena something was wrong with Stefan and Damon and she runs into the forest.
Liz approaches the vampires with a gun pointed at them and two police officers behind her. Liz injects the two with vervain.
Tyler demands to know how Jeremy knows about werewolves. Jeremy tells him about his ancestor that wrote all of this in his journal about full moons and other stuff. Tyler tells Jere that Mason was a werewolf but not him. You had to kill someone to become one.
Tyler takes the moonstone out of his pocket and tells Jere that Mason was back for that.
The 2 police officers carry Stefan and Damon down to the old Lockwood estate. Liz tells Mason to leave.
Elena and Caroline stop at the spot where Stefan and Damon were shot. Mason appears and walks over to the girls. Elena asks him if he had seen Stefan. Mason tells her that he had seen both the brothers.
Mason warns Care that he could tell Liz about what she was. Care is about to attack him but he grabs Elena. Care attacks him anyway and he ends up getting hurt.
Once Damon is conscious, Liz shoots him in the leg and he screams out in pain. He looks to his side and sees Stefan lying beside him. Liz shoots Damon's other leg when he refuses to tell her how many other vampires were in town.All he is mumbling is that "but you're my friend..."
Liz shoots Stefan when Damon still doesn't speak up.
Caroline and Elena end up at the old Lockwood estate and Care realizes her mom was going to kill the Salvatores. Although, Care tries to stop Elena from going, Elena still ends up going.
Elena knocks out one police officer by hitting him on the head with a wooden post. The officer gets up and pushes her forward so that she was an easy target if they had to shoot. Suddenly the gate shuts and something runs past them.
Caroline ends up killing both the officers.
Damon is feeding on one of the officers to regain his strength and Elena is sitting beside Stefan. Stefan refuses to take human blood.
Caroline is upset when Liz doesn't reply when she asks if she will tell anyone about all this. They all freak out when Damon picks Liz up roughly and Damon tells them to relax because he wasn't going to kill anyone. He says that Liz is his friend
Tyler explains that the stone was a moonstone and that it was powerful. Tyler admits that he doesn't trust Mason.
The girls enter and Jeremy gives the moonstone to Aimee when she asks to see it. Sarah runs up the stairs after Aimee gives her the moonstone. Tyler tries to get the moonstone from Sarah and her being drunk, she trips down the stairs and lands on the floor hitting her skull.
They all run to her and Jere and Tyler share a glance. A moment later, Sarah smiles and tells them she tricked them.
Caroline enters the Salvatore house and Elena, Stefan and Caroline walk to the basement. Damon tells Liz that after the vervain was going to be out of Liz's system, he could compel her to forget about what happened and then she could back to her old life. Liz requests Damon to keep Care away from her. Care hears this and stops from coming inside the room. Damon sees her. Liz tells Damon that Care was no longer her daughter.
Care leaves the luggage there and walks off. Elena follows. Stefan also starts to follow but stops at the fridge that was full of human blood.
Elena sees Stefan with the packet of blood. Stefan tells her that he could only protect her if he drank the human blood. Elena doesn't know if they are real fighting or fake fighting, Stefan says its real. Elena leaves.
Elena walks over to Caroline whos sitting on the sofa crying. She tells Elena that Katherine would be at her house waiting to hear all that happened that day and she was scared of her. Care tells Elena that Kat threatened Matt.
The two girls hug.
Mason leaves a message for Liz. Tyler walks over to Mason and tells him what happened. Tyler admits that for a moment, he actually wanted Sarah to be dead. Tyler takes out the moonstone and hands it over to Mason who then thanks him.
Elena covers Care with a blanket and is about to leave but Damon comes. Elena tells him that what he did for Liz, was the Damon that was her friend.
Damon tells her that Stefan didn't drink the human blood but he needs it.
Stefan is sitting in a room and Elena approaches him. She lets him feed on her and they kiss when Stefan realizes he can control himself.
Mason enters a car and Katherine turns around and tells him, she's been waiting.
Katherine makes her way through the crowd. She hugs Mason and he tells her that Jimmy is dead. Katherine smiles seeing the dead body.
Mason leans into kiss her but she stops him. She asks him why he did what he did with Salvatores. He asks her why she cares. Katherine tells him that she can't let him get distracted. She needed the moonstone and Mason tells her that he has got it. The two kiss.....
