Well I have started to watch the show recently so it's all fresh in my mind whereas you all must have seen it like a long time ago.

Logan is the news reporter guy who dated Elena's aunt. He then turned into a Vampire and it was not long when Alaric killed him. So I hope you have gotten a good idea of who he is.
