^ I think they will focus on C/T/M angle now. But the S/D/E traingle will extremely be glorified now. Spoilers below:

My theory is that now [ since Damon influence Jer's decision to turn. He will be the one to help him control his new life as a vampire. Which will make Elena more soften to Damon... starting the triangle off to the point where now she admits she loved Damon too ]

As far as GG. I don't mind D/S but I honestly thought DB would happen now. Oh well, fine with either. I don't mind Georgina thing either, but I feel as if she is faking it, IDK why.

@ dhruvi - Georgina is faking it.. She said when she was at the bay's ward, now what this baby is going to do is bad.. D/B will not happen soo fast cause they basically ca't stand each other if you watched S1 S2 you would understand what I'm trying to say.. but i think by mid of S4 we might get some DB.. you also said Meredith will enter.. did they say how they will make her enter or anything else.. ehh.. I'm so excited.when i read the books i like Meredith more then Elena and Bonnie.
