Marcel can blame Mikaelsons all he want and i have no problem with that, because some of the blame rests with them too. I agree with that.. But i just hate that in the show they kind of portray Mikaelsons as the only bad guys and Marcel is the good guy both are not so different from each other, marcel killed thousand and Mikaelsons killed ten thousands .. Like really that where my problem lies,If cami told Mikaelson are the root cause of her problems i might agree, if davina did i might agree but if marcel did i cannot agree ,just my POV, Marcel keeps killing people and creating them as Vampire and leading them then he becomes the good guy, just how i ask 😆..

I dont think the show portrays Marcel as the good guy .. well , he was a good guy as long as he was on Mikealson's side & subordinate to them .. now that he has taken his revenge ( absolutely justified revenge btw ) & is in the position of power , i am guessing he is going to turn bad soon , Vincent's declaration was certainly hinting towards it .. the writers have to turn him bad , or else how could they show the big bad Mikealsons in the good light ?.. 😆 .. and whether i like it or not , the Mikealsons are the hero of the show , so i dont think the writers have much of a choice either ..

Marcel was justified only in the current context ----> even after taking the syrup , he did not just turn into a monster , go on a murdering rampage or show his power , instead he gave the Mikealsons a chance to prove themselves & the Mikealsons proved just how bad they are .. Elijah may have killed Marcel but like Marcel , i too have a bigger beef with Klaus .. at least Elijah was not being a hypocrite by yapping " you are a family , you are family " at every given opportunity & then consider Marcel family only & only if he is a subordinate to the Mikealsons .. 😆 .. unlike Klaus , Elijah was honest & clear about his priorities .. and i can certainly respect that .. but Klaus was doing the sweet talk & at the same time expecting complete subordination .. now THAT is just despicable ! ..

As i mentioned earlier , Marcel is 100% right in the current context since the Mikealsons killed him at the mere threat of prophecy , in effect triggering the prophecy themselves .. Marcel was never a family , just a cherished subordinate ..
