okay adi let me try to explain how it works . if you are a witch then you children will also be witches . for eg take bonnie her grams was witch followed by her mom and finally her.
similiarly esthrr was with hence klaus was also a witch but his father was a werewolf so hr was also a werewolf and finally he was turned into a vampie acvording to previos episodes it is stated that pnce you become a vampire you lose your witch powers like bonnie mom.
