Kappu Sarla TS -Loving u since forever (Updated Chap2 Pg 2)

Sarla was hurriedly putting on her make up. A kohl to accentuate her lovely black eyes, a blusher to highlight her delicate cheekbones. Dark red lipstick to bring out her lips. A bit of foundation followed by some powder to complete the look. Following that,she gathered her long flowing hair into a messy side braid. She looked down at her flattering black dress which clung to all the right places and high pencil heels. Yep,she was all set. She smiled at her reflection in the mirror and decided to hurry up. Today was the annual party at her college,where they were all required to dress up formally. It was always a grand affair and she enjoyed it a lot. However,today she was running late due to some hold ups at the hospital and she wanted to reach as fast as possible. Grabbing her purse she stepped out of the house through the back door. Because of her self consciousness,she didn't want to go thru the front door and have the colony ppl see and judge her appearance. In particular,one cute and handsome man who also happened to be her childhood crush.

She was waiting for a rickshaw on the pavement when she suddenly saw inspector DIG making his way toward her with his mouth open. She cursed her luck but put on a fake smile. Reaching her,DIG said 'Wah mohtarma! Kya lag rahi hain Aaj Aap to!' 'Shukriya inspector saab. Ab mujhe der ho rahi hai to mujhe jana hoga...' She replied awkwardly. 'Arre Aise kaise..aayiye hum aapko chod dete hain..' He said but a deep voice stopped him as Sarla cursed her luck yet again. No. Not him. Anyone but HIM right now. Anyway,HE said ' Aapko ise Kahi chodne ki zarurat Nai hai inspector Saab. Main yahi hu. Aap ja sakte hain.' He said. The inspector tried to argue but he said with a death finality ' Maine kaha aap ja sakte hain.' The inspector left,cursing under his breath. Kappu turned to face Sarla. His eyes checked her out thoroughly and he swore under his breath at the way she looked. Finally he said sarcastically 'Inspector ke saath kahi ja Rahi thi aap? Mai nai aata to ab tak nikal jati?' Sarla was frozen at the sudden turn of events. She managed to say 'Yes..I mean no! No..umm..' His eyes laughed a bit at her speechlessness in front of him. Then he said ' Waise kaha ja Rahi ho? Aur yaha piche kya kar Rahi ho? Tumhe malum hai na ye area safe nai hai?' She sighed. 'Apne college ki party mei. I came here because I wanted to get out quickly and not have anyone see me.' 'Not have anyone see u or not hv ME see u?' He asked. She didn't have an answer,so she turned in the opposition direction. He tried to make her turn towards him but when she didn't, he wrapped his arms around her waist from behind. Leaning his cheek against her hair he whispered ' I know I teasingly insult u a lot. But trust me I don't do it with a bad intention. I do it because I'm that comfortable with u as u r my bestie. That doesn't mean it escapes my notice how damn beautiful u r. Far from it,really. So plz,don't be afraid of or conscious of me ever.' As he was saying those words against her neck,she shivered,trembled and closed her eyes to savour that sensation lest it was a dream of hers.

She placed her hands on his and turned around to face him. 'Thank u,kappu. That means a lot to me.' She said softly. 'U r welcome.' He told her. Then she said teasingly 'Aap abhi tak yahi hain? Jaiye lottery aapka intezar kar ri hogi!' But her tone betrayed her sadness at that. He caught on to it immediately and clarified. 'Sar,I just flirt with her. U know me,I'm a habitual flirt. For the record,she is dumb and I don't like her that way and won't ever consider being involved with her.' Sarla's heart soared with happiness. 'Besides,agar mai chala Gaya to DIG Saab firse aake aapse flirt Karne lagenge!' He quipped and she laughed. Under his breath he added silently 'Aur mai ye hone nai de sakta.' Sarla looked at him and said with a twinkle in her eye 'Waise aapne bola nai..mai kaisi lag Rahi hu aaj? '. Before he cud even think about it,the word left his lips 'HOT.' She blushed beet red and he laughed. She joined in a few secs late. Suddenly she realised the time. 'Oh crap! I'm gonna be very very late..I hv to go..shit koi rickshaw v nai hai..' She was hyperventilating and he caught her hands to calm her down. 'Relax. Mai tumhe bike pe chod Deta hu. Mere pass ek friend ki bike hai Jo usne kuch din ke liye mujhe di hai.' He said. Her heart leapt in excitement at his offer and she tried to calm it down,to no avail. She was just about to say yes when a car stopped in front of them,it's windows rolled down and a handsome man spoke 'Sarla! So good to see u here honey. U look lovely. R u also going to the party? Hop in them I'm going to,we can go together.'

Sara and kappu both had different reactions for the newcomer. Sarla gasped with shock,whereas kappu was first startled and then he shot the man a deadly glare. 'Care to introduce us all,Sarla?' He said icily. Sarla drew in a deep breath and said ' This is Amit,my good friend from college. We r batch mates. Amit,this is my neighbour and childhood friend kappu' Then weakly she added 'Hi Amit,kappu just offered me a ride to the party too..' Amit laughed,looking at the 2 of them. His eyes lit up with a challenge and he was not one to give up easily 'Oh come on honey,we can go together. It's not as if kappu is gonna attend the party anyway,right? So come with me.' Kappu narrowed his eyes at the man. He did not like it one bit the way this man was calling HIS sarla 'honey' . His eyes then settled on Sarla,waiting for her decision. He wanted to see what she wud do and who she wud choose.
