Possessiveness about best friend!

In connection to RV n Panchi...

do you think it's wrong to be possessive about your best friend?

I have never had a guy best friend, but obviously have alot of female best friends. And I think somewhere it is kind of natural to be possessive about one's best friend. Especially, when you tend to do everything with that one best friend and with panchi that is most certainly the case. All her life she has only had Rv as her best friend, so it's natural for her to want to do everything with him.

But there are also cons to this situation because sometimes that best friend might want to branch out and as a result, they might spend less time with you, and you could take that as them going away from you. so in that case, it's better to talk it out, and make each other understand that this does not mean they are going away from each other, but just exploring other things for themselves. so in panchi and Rv's case, I think Rv just needs to talk it out with panchi, and actually remember her presence rather than forgetting her every time he has something else come in his life.

Obviously, he doesn't do it on purpose, and it's pretty natural to be like that, but he needs to appreciate panchi's presence a little more. Though I don't blame him, he most certainly does hold her as a very important person in his life, but sometimes when you have such a close friend, you think they are always going to be there no matter what and start taking them for granted in one way or another... I just hope he pulls out of that phase and starts appreciating her a little more, and hope panchi stops being insecure about their relationship. I think only major problem they have right now is communication, if they talk everything out, this problem could very well be solved..😳

hahah..same thing happened to me, but it was with a friend that I go to summer camp with every summer and we kind of just talked it out in the end. I was definitely being a little possessive but she understood that she needs to divide her time better between me and her other friends, and I need to understand that she is just branching out..haha:)

so, that's where I learned this important lesson about possessiveness, now I never have such issues because as I am growing older I understand things better..hahah:)

Well, I have always had guys as my best friends and it does get difficult 😆
I mean regardless of the gender, your best friend is usually a big part of your life, especially during school and university. They are always there; in school, when going out, sometimes at home etc...
For me, it took some time to adapt to my friend branching out when we came into high school because at that time he would barely be with me during classes or lunch. Since I am a creature of habit, it took me sometime to get used to it but unlike RV he would always some how make it up.
Anyway, I don't think it's wrong to be possessive about your best friend. Overly possessive, maybe yes. But the relation that RaHi share gives them the right to be possessive over each other, they practically ARE each other's better half and can't properly function without one another.
I think TBP is doing a great job portraying the different phases of friendship and friends.

Ahaha thanks...Don't worry you aren't the only one 😆
CVs are just so kanjhoos with the scenes ugghh...
but hopefully get some beautiful ones soon...
