Well I think even after seeing that msg Thapki could have given the divorce and go home. Why would she bother about marriage secret ? anyway its going to be end no? What made her reconsider about the marriage truth is dat she may she has started to believe Bihaan can't do such a thing & even she also deep in her mind wanted to give their relationship & him another chance 😕
