I saw some discussion in other threads as well about Thapki's career.

MY POV is that Thapki was never a career girl. Her aim was to get married and raise a family. The show starts with her family looking for a groom and thapki taking full part in the process. She was not working and she was not looking for work either. She got the Noida job as her filled in the application for her as a surprise becasue she loved the show. If her marriage to Diwaker did not fall through, she would have never come to Noida. All those goals that she set up before coming to Noida were stemming from the marriage disaster and not from her true self.

the show could be richer if they had shown her going out and seeking another job to prepare herself for her life after the end of 3 months.

Yes I agree with all of u guys. When the whole world is progressing v c FLs in Indian shows digressing! All girls shud make a career for themselves before getting married! I vouch for that strongly since I believe standing on ur own two feet in this big bad male dominated world is extremely important!
