She might pressurize Dhruv to marry and pick Aditi assuming she must have same qualities like Thapki and no stammering. Aditi might also be forced to agree due to family pressure.

I'm in two minds about what Vasu may want/do. On one hand having Thapki not constantly in front of Dhruv as a reminder may be why she would want to see Thapki gone from home (aside from the fact that she wouldn't have to listen to her stammering being a boon for her). But, on the other hand though, if Thapki decides too leave for good and do away with her unwanted marriage then that may leave the door open for Dhruv to re-enter her life. This wouldn't bode well with Vasu's wish not to have a stammering DIL, so she may not want Thapki to stay away for this reason.

Not sure which will benefit her the most. I think though that getting Dhruv married to someone else would definitely help in the matter and then she wouldn't have to put up with Thapki either.
