Can't be...I remember in one episode sneha is reminiscing "babuji ko abhi talk dev me bare mean nahi bataya hai"... So I don't think her dad had married her to dev...I do feel that sneha probably was in love with dev n either he ditched her or something when she was running away from home n dev was her savior...or something of the sort...lets c...lol...too much speculation!
