Thank you for all your lovely comments!! Here's part 17:

Taani was shocked, tears rolled down my eyes.
Taani: Arjun mera bhai hai?
She just couldn't believe it. Taani ran out of the room and saw Arjun.
Arjun: Taani, what happened?
Taani was just about to say something when she stopped.
Taani: Arjun, are you my brother?
Arjun nodded his head.
Taani: Why should I tell you? You and Maa hid it from me for years and I never knew.
Arjun: Taani di, please don't be angry with us.
Taani: I can't even believe that Maa hid it from me. My maa? 😭

Taani ran out of her house, full of anger and sadness.

Taani reached a small park and sat down at a white bench. She was so upset and angry. Suddenly her gaze fell on a boy and a girl who were brothers and sisters. Taani smiled at them. She always felt jealous that Anu had a brother and a sister but never complained. She had found out that Arjun was her brother after so many years. Why? Taani thought of all the moments she was with Robindo, thinking that if only she had known about Arjun earlier, then she could have looked after him just like Robby.

The whole day passed, and Arjun and Anu were looking for Taani. Suddenly, Anu saw Taani, looking at the sky. He sat next to her.
Taani: Anu...
She hugged him and cried. He patted her head until she stopped crying.
Anu: So you found out?
Taani: Found out what?
Anu: About Arjun.
Taani: How do you know?
Anu: Arjun told me and I knew that he was your brother.
Taani: WHAT!!! How???

Flashback:
Arjun: Jiju, I wanted to tell you something?
Anu: What?
Arjun: About my past.
Anu: Your past?
Arjun: Yes. I'm Taani's brother.
Anu was shocked. 😲
Arjun: Before I found out that Laboni Maa was my real mother, I thought I was an orphan. Everyone always used to tease me in school and I hated it. One day, I found my file in the school and it said that Maa was my real mother. 2 years ago, I met Maa and she was overjoyed. But she introduced me to di as her friend's son. From that day on, we've been hiding this secret.

End of Flashback
Taani was shocked. 😲
Taani: That means you knew?
Anu: Yes I did.
Taani: How could you Anu? You hid this from me? From childhood, I always told you my secrets and so did you. I'm going to be your wife and you still hid it from me?
Anu: Taani, you don't understand. I can explain.
Taani: No you can't. I can't even believe that my Anu can do that. I will never share my problems with you. 😭
She got up and stormed off to Mauli's house.

Everyday, Anu tried to meet Taani, but she refused. Their wedding was in a week and she wasn't talking to anyone except Mauli and Arohi. Today it was Taani's birthday. She felt like it was going to be one of the worst birthdays Taani had ever celebrated.

Arohi called Anu.

Arohi: Heyy Anu.
Anu: Hi. How's Taani?
Arohi: She's fine. I just feel sorry for her.
Anu: Yeah. Today's her birthday. My family has kept a party for her but we're just saying that it's Baba's party. Please can you try and bring her?
Arohi: Of course Anu. First I have to go and wish her. Bye.
Anu: Bye. Good luck. 👍🏼
Now it was up to Arohi to get Taani to the surprise party.
