I'm quite sure Riteish will, slowly but surely. He has to ensure that it doesn't LOOK like he's taking over -- that's also why I think Onu's words "I will come back only when you need me, and I hope that situation never arises" have such a prophetic ring to it...Shekhar WILL finally realise how wrong he is and will need Onu then, by which time Onu and Taani are probably extremely independent.
For all we know, Shekhar and family might end up out of the house if Riteish takes over, and Onu and Taani will end supporting them BECAUSE they were the only ones who dared to NOT live under Riteish's thumb!
@Maha: Hey that's a really good idea! I wouldn't be surprised because I remember that when the family in KSBKBT was thrown out, all the sons - who were big industrialists - ended up doing menial jobs at first, Karan was a construction worker and a taxi driver and Gautham was a waiter at a restaurant. I think Onu might start small and then end up getting a good offer.
On the other hand, Onu is young and educated, and with his skills in business I think he could always end up trying out in a good enough post in the corporate world! However, since it's BT, I think they'd forget completely that he has these skills just to make things that much more dramatic. I'm wondering whether Taani might end up taking singing as a profession to support them?
