Jonaki envies Mauli for the jewelries that she had received from Robindo. Anurag wants to take Taani out for dinner but Taani denies for it saying he should save money for future. They share some romantic moments. Taani and Anurag start developing feelings for each other. Anurag feels bad to see Taani going out with Subodh late at night without even informing him. Anurag misunderstands Taani and Subodh when he spots them together. Anurag is unaware of the fact that Taani is helping Anurag secretly and has agreed to meet Subodh late at night to give him the property papers. Taani is happy and tells Subodh that now Anurag can start his work without any delay. Robindo calls up Mauli. Jonaki picks up the phone and speaks to him on behalf of Mauli. Robindo is unaware of the fact that it's Jonaki to whom he had just asked for a date. Anurag is frustrated to see Taani in front of his eyes. He is not able to think why he is behaving in this manner.

Taposh favors Subodh over Anurag. Anurag and Taani get ready to see the plot. Subodh informs them that he needs to attend a lady who met with an accident and hence could not accompany them. Taani decides to help Subodh and hence escort him to the hospital. Anurag feels bad when Taani favors Subodh over him. Mr. Chatterjee gets angry with Shekhar when he gets to know that he had fixed Robindo's marriage with another girl. He refuses to lend a helping hand to Shekhar. Ritesh tells Shekhar that this is a huge loss for them. Ananya is shocked to know that she is pregnant. She accuses Taani for trying to take way her life. Ananya creates a scene in the hospital. Mauli is shocked when she finds Robindo coming home to pick her up for lunch. Jonaki jumps in between and insists on accompanying them saying their parents would not like only both of them going out together. Anurag gets upset when Taani refuses to receive his call. Taani discusses her worries with Subodh. Subodh comforts her by saying that Anurag loves her a lot and will take care of her.

Shekhar is concerned for Ananya. Ritesh cooks up a story against Taani. He informs Ananya that Taani is using Subodh for her personal reasons. He tells Ananya that now since Anurag is not a part of the Ganguly family Taani is trying to get rid of him and is using Subodh for the same. Anurag tries to avoid Taani. Taani gets concerned with Anurag's sudden change in behavior. She decides to ask Subodh for help considering he is Anurag's business partner. Ananya asks Arindam for Nupur's number. She decides to bring Nupur back into Anurag's life. Jonaki tries hard to ruin Robindo and Mauli date. She succeeds in making Mauli angry with Robindo with her actions. Subodh invites Anurag for a party. Anurag refuses to come along with them. Anurag comes to Subodh's party and forces Taani to come with him. Taani refuses to come saying Subodh might feel bad. Anurag asks Taani is she prefers to stay back with Subodh or come with him.

Anurag shocks Taani by asking her out for a date. They both share some beautiful moments with each other. Anurag makes Taani believe that it hurts him when she gives preference to others instead of him. Anurag lands himself in trouble when the hotel staff informs him that his credit card has been blocked. They both share the bill. Taani and Anurag cherish the bygone days. They both enjoy each other's company. Suddenly Anurag again starts thinking about Taani and Subodh. He is still not able to think why he feels bad to see Taani close to Subodh. He misses Taani and comes inside her room. Anurag is not able to express his feelings before Taani.

Laboni gets concerned to see Taani in pain as she had hurt her leg. She calls Subodh. Anurag gets jealous when he sees Subodh touch Taani's legs. Subodh asks Taani to be careful in future as they can't let Anurag know that it's her who is helping him in his business. Anurag overhears Taani speaking to Subodh and misunderstands them. Ananya calls up Nupur and asks her to come back. Nupur refuses saying she can't afford to come a back now. Ananya tells her everything about Taani and Anurag's relationship. Nupur assures her that everything will be fine once she is back and would not let Anurag get marry Taani. Ananya gets to know that Taani knew about Nupur running away on the day of the aashirwaad ceremony. She decides to tell this to Anurag. Nilanjana invites Laboni and Taani for Robindo's aashirwaad ceremony. Jonaki comes to Taposh's office and invites him for Mauli's aashirwaad ceremony. She asks him if he is jealous of Robindo. Taposh loses his control and refuses to come. Later Jonaki makes him believe that Mauli thinks he is jealous and therefore he should come for the aashirwaad ceremony to prove Mauli wrong. Anurag feels bad to see the growing closeness between Taani and Subodh.

Anurag is jealous to see Taani wearing the saree gifted by Subodh. Shekhar does not like Taani and Laboni coming for the ceremony. Shekhar asks Anurag to come back but Anurag refuses. Mauli is shocked to see Taposh coming for her engagement. Subodh compliments Taani on her looks. Taani tells him that she is concerned because of Anurag's mood swings. She informs him that they need to help him settle down in life as soon as possible. Anurag could not control her anger when he spots Taani and Subodh together. Anurag asks Taani to dance with him. Subodh informs Anurag that Taani is not feeling well. Anurag refuses to listen to him. Anurag gets too close to Taani during the dance. Taani feels a little uncomfortable. Ananya asks Anurag if he is disturbed with the growing closeness between Taani and Subodh. She tells him that Taani knew about Nupur's plan to run away from the aashirwaad ceremony. Ananya presents her version of Taani's plan before Anurag and makes him believe that Taani loves his money not him. Anurag breaks down when Ananya tells her that Taani never loved him but she only loved his money. She asks him to inquire Taani whether she knew about Nupur's plan. She also tells him that if she is wrong then she will not show her face to him ever.

Jonaki comes up with a plan and tricks Mauli and Taposh. She sends both of them upstairs about which both Mauli and Taposh are ignorant. She then lies to Robindo that Mauli wants to talk to him in private. Mauli gets emotional when she sees Taposh in front of her eyes. She tells him that she is not at all happy with her engagement with Robindo and it's a compromise that she is making just for him. She hugs him and informs him that she loves him a lot. Robindo drops in there and is shocked to see Mauli and Taposh together. He informs this matter to Anurag and Taaani. Anurag is astonished when Taani informs them that she knew about Mauli's likeness for Taposh. Anurag is angry with Taani for not disclosing this matter to him before. Mauli informs Taani that she is not able to forget Taposh as she loves him very much. Later she tells her that now she doesn't want to get associated with him as unrequited love only brings unhappiness. She apologizes to Robindo and tells him that she needs some time to get over her al these mess. She tells Robindo that she needs his help. Robindo accepts Mauli and tells her that he will help her get over everything as he loves her a lot. Anurag asks Taani if she was aware of Nupur's decision to leave him on the day of the aashirwaad ceremony. Taani accepts the fact. Anurag is heartbroken and tells her that she has hurt him a lot with this action. He tells her that she had done this to get hold on him and to marry him. He accuses her to for trying to play with his emotions. Taani is shocked when he accuses her for getting in close terms with Subodh when he is not doing well in life.

Anurag asks Taani to go to Subodh and live her life as per her wishes. He tells her that he is leaving her and his whole world associated with her. Taani is shattered with this sudden action of Anurag. Subodh is shocked to see Taani's conditions. Taani informs him that Anurag misunderstood her relationship with him. She also tells him that that Anurag thinks she spoiled his relationship with Nupur. Subodh gets angry and tells her that Anurag is going to pay heavily for this action. Anurag spends his night on the footpath. He realizes that he has nothing to lose now as he has nothing left. He finds a new direction to life. Taani informs Laboni about the whole incident. Laboni is shocked and cries her heart out. Taani goes out in search of Anurag. Unable to find her she goes to Anurag's place. Ananya is angry with her and asks her to go back. Ananya ridicules her and blames her for Anurag wretched condition.

Anurag refuses to listen to Taani when she comes to take him back. Shekhar also drops in there and pleads Anurag to come back home with him. Anurag refuses saying until and unless he proves himself he will not return home. Shekhar is impressed with Anurag's dedication. Subodh offers Anurag a big contract. Anurag refuses saying he can't burden his workers any more as they are already doing so much. Taani tries to convince the workers to ask Anurag take up the contract. In return she offers to help them with their job. Anurag takes up the contract and thanks his workers. He is unaware of the fact that it's Taani who has convinced the workers. Anurag along with his workers, work day and night to complete the contract. They all successfully complete the contract on time. Shekhar decides to venture out in the garment industry. He informs Ritesh that he will not compete against Anurag who is already in the garment industry. Ritesh convinces Shekhar that he should in fact challenge Anurag as this would make him stronger and confident. He makes him believe that this way Anurag will come back home. Taani interrogates Jonaki as why is she trying to spoil Mauli and Robindo's relationship. She informs Taani that she doesn't want Mauli to get married to Robindo as Mauli loves Taposh. She asks Taani to mind her own matters rather then poking into other people's affair.

Subodh discovers Anurag's love for Taani in his eyes. Subodh informs Taani about the Kolkata Retail Association declaration. He tells her that the contract will be announced today and asks her to be there as it's a big day for Anurag. Taani feels bad as Anurag did not cared involving her in this. Ritesh tries ruining the sample which Anurag has prepared to present in front of all. He is about to destroy it when Taani drops in and stops Ritesh from ruining them. Taani threatens to cut her hands and destroy the samples which Ritesh has brought with her blood if he does not step out and leaves Anurag samples safe and fine. Anurag is thrilled when he gets to know that he has won the contract. Shekhar feels proud for Anurag and hands over the contract to him. Ritesh is jealous to witness all these. Anurag agrees to return home now as he has proved himself. Shekhar is happy with his decision. Anurag returns the money to Subodh which he had borrowed from him. Subodh lets him know that it's not him who had lent him the money. He blames him for not realizing Taani's love for him. Anurag is shocked to know that its Taani who has helped him with the amount.

Anurag is guilty when Subodh informs him about the sacrifices made by Taani for his happiness. He accuses Anurag for misunderstanding Taani. Subodh informs Anurag that Taani is going out somewhere to search for his happiness. Anurag sets out in search of Taani. Taani is going to Mumbai as Nupur is there for a fashion show. Anurag is not allowed to enter the railway station as he doesn't have a ticket. Anurag pleads the officer to let him go. Taani is upset because of Anurag's behavior. She is informed by the passengers that a person is searching for his wife and the police are not letting him come inside. Taani is confident that it can't be Anurag. Shekhar is happy as Anurag is coming home. Ritesh informs Ananya that Anurag has gone to bring Taani back in his life. Ananya tells him that she will not let Taani come to Anurag's life again. Anurag somehow manages to enter the railway platform. He is about to reach Taani when Ananya hold him back and asks him to let Taani go away from their life. Anurag refuses to let Taani go away and informs Ananya that he loves Taani a lot, more then anything. Ananya could not handle this and her health deteriorates.

Anurag has to leave without Taani as Ananya's gets unconscious. Anurag calls up Subodh and tells him about Ananya's condition. Anurag asks Laboni about Taani's whereabouts. Laboni is heartbroken and asks him to go away. She tells him that he should not have blamed Taani as she had done so much for him. Mauli and Robindo are out on a date. Robindo expresses his love for Mauli and tells her that he had not felt the way he fells for her for anyone. Taani reach Mumbai and starts searching for Nupur. Nupur is shocked to see Taani standing at her doorstep. She asks Taani to go away. Taani tries to convince her to come back to Anurag's life. Nupur insults her and sends her away. Taani waits for Nupur to talk to her as she does not want to go empty handed. Nupur again insults Taani in front of all. Taani tells her that Anurag still loves her a lot and asks her to come back to his life. Anurag overhears their conversation over phone about which Taani is unaware. Anurag is touched to know how deeply Taani cares for him. Nupur refuses to come with Taani and walks away.

Taani is sad as she could not bring Nupur back with her for Anurag. Anurag regrets being tough with Taani and accusing her for something which she did not do. Anurag sets out to go to Mumbai to bring Taani back. Taani gets ready to board the train back to Kolkata. She is stunned to see Anurag there. Taani thinks that Anurag is there to meet Nupur. She decides not to come in between them. She hides herself from Anurag and board the train. Anurag finds Taani and holds her hand. Taani is stunned to see Anurag. Taani avoids Anurag and refuses to talk to him. Anurag makes her stay back for him. They both feel that love that they have for each other. Taani is astonished when Anurag expresses his love for her. Nupur is angry when Jackie informs her that the modeling assignment for which she came to India went to someone else. She loses her control and tells him that this is not right. She blames Jackie for this. Jackie makes Nupur believe that she is good for nothing and has no emotions. Ananya is angry when she finds out that Taani has again united with Anurag. Shekhar ensures her that he will throw away Taani from Anurag's life very soon.

Anurag dreams of confessing his love to Taani. He expresses to Robindo that he's finding it difficult to do so in real life. Anurag meets Taani but is nervous to confess his love. Laboni and Nilanjana sense the matter. Robindo has arranged for a surprise birthday party for Mauli. Taani calls Anurag to inform him that they are ready. Anurag asks her to wear an orange coloured dress, as the colour suits her. Mauli is happy to know that Robindo has planned a party for her.

Robindo introduces Mauli to his past girlfriends. When she's upset, he tells her that he wanted her to be aware of his past. Mauli is touched by his honesty. Anurag is angry to see Taani talking to Subodh. Subodh provokes Anurag to confess his love to Taani. Taani is stunned as Anurag confesses his love.
Anurag takes Taani home to inform this to Nilanjana. They both are shocked to see Nupur at home. Anurag pushes Nupur away and tells her that he has moved on in life with Taani. Ananya provokes him against Taani.

Anurag is furious at Nupur and drags her out of the house. He tells her he does not love her. Nupur begs Anurag to accept her. He refuses and goes inside the house. Nupur breaks a bottle and cuts her wrist. Taani tries to convince Nupur to get inside the house as she needs medical attention. When Nupur refuses, Taani goes to speak to Anurag. Taani tells Anurag that their love will be to blame if anything happens to Nupur. Anurag does not want that to happen and brings Nupur inside the house.
