Taani decides to confess her feelings to Anurag..but fails. 😆

Neelu manages to persuade Laboni to come to the party by telling her that she will announce Taanu engagement.

Shekhar spots Anu and Roby fighting (Just like the old days 😍 ) and gets irritated as usual. 😆. Anu comes outside and puts his hand on Shekhar's shoulder, and Shekhar smiles for the first time in thousand episodes. 😆 He then happily goes to Neelu and gives his consent for Taanu engagement. 😃 Ritesh hears this and is upset. He goes to Kuhu's room and strokes her hair and tells Ananya his sob story-that how he lost all privileges in his life because his dad left him, and that he will never let Kuhu suffer the same thing. Ananya reminds him that Kuhu has everything. (First time she said something sensible. 😆 But Ritesh is too angry to understand.

During the party, Roby is very irritated because of all the traditional clothes he is wearing. 😆 Neelu announces Taanu engagement just as anu gets a phone call. Anu comes back and when he learns what has happened, he starts shouting that how taani will be humiliated and that neelu should have asked him. 🤢 Taani tells Anu that she doesn't mind and that he also feels the same way for her, doesn't he? Anu tells her that she was foolish for thinking that, and that he loves her, but he is not 'in' love with her. When she reminds him that he came back for her, he says that yes he did, but just because she is his best friend. Taani runs away heartbroken. 😭 Laboni forbids Anu from calling her 'Ma' and she walks away too. 😭 Subodh and Mauli break their friendship with Anurag and they go away, AM and PM following them. Anurag is left feeling sad because of Taani's tears.

At Taani's house, Taposh and Laboni are begging Taani to come out, but she is too caught up in her tears to listen. Subodh gets a call about an emergency case and tells Taani to assist him. (okay..that was weird. 😕 ) Taani comes out and subodh says 'taani tum kisi ki jaan bacha sakti ho' to which Taani says 'Khud ki jaan to na rahi..kisi aur ki bacha loo' 😭 Taani goes to Subodh's clinic where an angry Arindam Basu blasts Subodh. (Yep,'tis Basu.) Nupur, his daughter has attempted suicide and Taani asks her why. Nupur says the person she loved betrayed her. Taani says 'Aise aadmi ke liye kya marna'. 👏 (Superb acting from APK..and the dialogues are too good) Anu comes and nupur tells him to go away. Taani is left shocked-for she has realised that Anu is the man in Nupur's life.

Precap(dunno whether from SBB or SBS 😆 ) Anu shouting at Nupur telling her that Taani is just his best friend and that he loves her, not Taani. 🤢

Update from Episode 65 - 75 (Credit- Star plus Recaps)

Anurag comes to meet Nupur in the hospital. Taani and Subodh are stunned when they find that the girl whom they saved is the same girl with whom Anurag is in love with. Anurag meets Taani and asks her to forgive him. He tells her that he did not want to hurt her. He tells her how he fell in love with Nupur who was the only person close to him when he was away from his family. He pleads her not to break their friendship. Nupur is stunned to find Taani and Anurag's picture in the newspaper. Nilanjana decides to talk to Laboni and sort out issues. Nilanjana apologises to Laboni on Anurag's behalf. Laboni tells her that she will now reply them back her own way. She curses them and tells her that Anurag can never be happy in his life.

Anurag clarifies to Nupur that there is nothing between him and Taani but just friendship. Shekhar is glad to know about Anurag and Nupur's relationship. He accepts Nupur as his daughter in law. Nilanjana is against this relationship. Laboni starts her search for a boy for Taani who is wealthier then the Ganguly family. Anurag misses Taani and wishes to meet her. Taani and Taposh are stunned to see Laboni preparing for the formers marriage. Taani tells her that it's impossible for her to get married again. She tells her that she needs some time to get out from the present situation. Arindam tells Shekhar that he is planning to send Anurag back to India after his marriage with Nupur. Ritesh gets concerned as he thinks he might lose his importance in the house. Nupur is astonished when Ritesh tells her about Anurag and Taani's marriage. Nupur decides to leave without informing everyone. Anurag is stunned to find Nupur's letter addressed to her father saying she is leaving India.

Nupur calls up Taani and tells her that she don't want to come in between her and Anurag. Anurag comes to the airport in search of Nupur. He is heartbroken to know that the flight for Bahamas has already left. Anurag is stunned to see Nupur back. She tells Anurag that it's because of Taani that she has stayed back. She informs him that Taani has clarified that she is just a friend and nothing else. Taani is hurt to see both of them together. Taani is angry when Laboni forces her to dress up properly and come to meets the guests. Laboni threatens Taani that if she doesn't come to meet the guests then she will give away her life. Laboni gets angry when Taani informs all the she is already married to the boy who stays next to their place. The family refuses to accept Taani. Taani tells Laboni that she can't afford to forget Anurag.

Its Anurag's birthday and Nupur comes to wish him. Taani calls up Anurag but Nupur does not let him attend calls. Anurag takes blessings from all on his birthday. Nilanjana ignores Nupur. Nupur comes to meet Taani at her place. Laboni gets angry to see Nupur. Nupur seeks Taani's help in helping her decide a gift for Anurag which will make him happy. Nilanjana is worried for Taani and tells Anurag that Laboni has challenged her that she will get Taani married within a month. Anurag threatens the boy who has agreed to marry Taani. Anurag informs Laboni that she was about the marry Taani to the wrong boy. Laboni asks Anurag not to interfere in their personal matters. Laboni slaps Anurag when he refuses to listen to her. Anurag tells her that he can't see Taani in pain and also apologizes for hurting Taani. He tells Laboni that he will help her find a good boy for Taani who is in a better position then him.

Nupur gives Anurag a surprise by taking him to the same place where he used to go with Taani. Anurag gets emotional as it reminds him of the time spent with his best friend. Taani is hurt and tells Mauli that neither Anurag nor Laboni are able to understand her feelings. Taani apologizes to Anurag on behalf of Laboni. Anurag tells Taani that he will find a perfect match for her. Taani replies back saying he can't find a match for her ever. Nilanjana comes to Laboni's shop to buy sweets. Laboni gets irritated to see her. Sushant comes at Anurag's place. Anurag fixes a meeting of Sushant with Taani. He asks him to meet Taani once as he has come to India to find a match for him. Anurag leaves them alone so that they can get along with each other. Anurag is stunned when Sushant tells him that Taani is very upset and has also told him about her marriage. Taani tells Anurag that he should not interfere in her life. She tells him that it's difficult for her to fall in love again. She asks him not to hurt her any more.

Taani shares her feelings with Nilanjana and tells her that she don't want to get married again. She asks Nilanjana to tell Anurag not to mess with her life. Anurag apologizes to Taani for his mistake. Taani is very hurt and refuses to talk to him. Mauli is excited to see Taposh at her place. Mauli's father expresses his concern for one of Taposh's street play as he thinks it's a very sensitive issue to portray. Laboni is excited to meet the other boy she had searched for Taani. Nupur is excited as she is expecting something big from Anurag as its their anniversary. Anurag refuses to get engaged to Nupur till the time he finds a match for Taani. The Ganguly family is stunned to hear the news about the workers strike. Taposh and Anurag confront each other. Shekhar gets angry when one of the factory worker hits Anurag with a stone.

Anurag tries to calm down the agitated workers. The workers demand that the machinery should be repaired and then only they will get back to work. Ritesh informs them that it's been done. The workers refuse to believe him. Anurag decides to risk his life and tells them that he will start the machines before they do it to ensure its working fine. Shekhar is angry with Ritesh for not fulfilling the workers demand as promised and decides to handover the factory to Anurag. Nupur waits for Anurag to pick her up. She asks Ritesh about Anurag's whereabouts. Ritesh angrily tells her about Anurag's growing closeness for Taani and her family involving Taposh. Taani attends to Anurag's wounds. She gets late for the audition because of Anurag and is not allowed to sit for the audition. It's Anurag's friend Sushant who has organized the audition. He tells Taani to leave. Nupur is upset with Anurag for avoiding her. She tells him that he should not discuss their personal matters before Taani. Taani is astonished to find Sushant at her place. Laboni tells her that he is same guy she has called to see Taani. Sushant tells Taani that if he had known it's her place then he would have never come there.

Anurag gets jealous when Nupur's friend Satyajit tries to get close to her. Het tells her that he is too possessive of her and can't imagine her talking with any other guy. Laboni is upset as Taani could not go for the auditions because of Anurag. She is not allowed to meet Sushant when she comes at his office. Taani misses Anurag and attempts to wipe out everything related to Anurag but could not do so. Laboni pleads Sushant to listen to Taani's voice but he refuses to do so. Laboni too refuses to step back and doesn't let Sushant leave without listening to the CD which she is carrying. Sushant gets mesmerized when he listens to Taani's voice and informs Laboni that Taani has been selected. Laboni stuns Taani with the news. She gives her the contract and asks her to be there on time. Anurag is happy for Taani and congratulate her.

Mauli request Taposh to include her in his group as she wants to work with him. Taposh tells her that if she survives in his group for five days then he will let her in permanently. Sushant tells Anurag that he likes Taani as a singer but not as a person. Sushant is impressed with Taani's voice. He is stunned when Anurag tells him that Taani was married to him when they were young. Anurag tries to develop a liking into Sushant's mind for Taani and succeeds in doing so. Taposh is glad to see Taani happy. Anurag succeeds in developing closeness between Taani and Sushant. Sushant tells Anurag that he has started liking Taani as a person. Anurag is happy for both Taani and Sushant.

Nupur informs Anurag that her father his planning to fix up a date for their engagement. Anurag tells her that he do not want to get engaged until and unless he find a good match for Taani. Nupur gets angry for his obsession for Taani and tells him that there should a limit to every relation. Laboni tries to convince Taani to think about Sushant. Sushant plans to gift Taani a gold set. Anurag is glad when he learns that Sushant has started liking Taani. Nilanjana is shocked when she gets to know about this. Anurag brings sweet for Laboni and informs her that Sushant wants to marry Taani. Laboni is glad to hear the news. Anurag informs Nupur about Sushant's liking for Taani. He tells her to speak to her dad to fix up the engagement date now. Nupur is happy. Sushant surprises Taani by telling her that he is ready to accept her despite the fact that she is already married.

Sushant tells Taani that he is ready to marry her and has started falling in love with her. Taani is surprised when he tells her that Laboni and Anurag are aware of his decision. Mauli's mother does not like Mauli joining Taposh's group. Taani is angry with Anurag and tells him that he does not want to get married to Sushant. Anurag is heartbroken when Taani advices her to go away if he does not have the nerve to see her upset. Nupur is angry with Taani for being tough to Anurag. She tells her that she has done nothing good for Anurag rather then giving him pain. She asks her not to come in between them as its hampering her relation with Anurag. Arindam asks Anurag as when he would like to get engaged to Nupur. Nupur stuns everyone by saying that they never can get engaged as long as Taani wants it. Taani is upset and is unable to find a solution to her problems. She is not at all ready to marry someone else as she loves Anurag a lot.

Shekhar and Arindam are shocked when Nupur breaks the news that Anurag is not ready for the engagement until and unless Taani is settled. Shekhar asks him to break his friendship with Taani. Anurag stuns him by saying that he can't leave his best friend in pain just like the way he did. Sushant is surprised when Taani asks him if he still wants to marry her. Sushant is happy and tells her that he loves her a lot and would like to have her as his wife. Laboni is glad to hear Taani's decision to marry Sushant. Sushant thanks Laboni for bringing Taani in his life. Taani decides to break away all bonds with Anurag. Robindo makes Mauli slap him hard just to win a challenge. The Ganguly family is stunned to see Laboni standing at their doorstep. Laboni informs Shekhar and family about Taani's marriage. Laboni refuses to take any help from Shekhar when he offers to help her. Shekhar is stunned when Laboni informs them that Taani is getting married to Sushant Roy, who belongs to one of the most well known families in Kolkata.

Nupur thanks Taani for compromising with her happiness for Anurag. She apologizes to her as well for ill treating her. Taani gives away the angel gifted by Anurag to Nupur and tells her that she don't wish to keep it as it reminds her of Anurag. Shekhar and Arindam fix Anurag and Nupur's engagement date. Robindo invites Anurag for the get together party at their school. Laboni is stunned to see Shekhar and Nilanjana at her place. They request Laboni to get Taani and Sushant engaged on the same day when Anurag and Nupur are getting engaged. They request her to forget all bitterness and unite with the family once again. Anurag is happy and thanks Taani for reuniting both the family with her decision. Ananya is angry with Laboni entering their life once again. She tells Ritesh that she could not forget that Laboni humiliated him in front of all. Ritesh is stunned to see Nilanjana and Shekhar at Laboni's place. He decides to play a dirty game once again.

Ritesh tries to humiliate Laboni. He tells her that she knowingly agreed to reunite with the family so that the engagement cost can be shared. Laboni gets angry and slaps him hard for misbehaving with her. Nilanjana witness this scene and she supports Laboni and tells Ritesh that he must have said something inappropriate to Laboni. Ritesh gets angry and decide to take revenge. Taani and Nupur go for shopping for their engagement along with Anurag and Sushant. Nupur denies picking Anurag's favorite colors and decide to go as per her choice. Nilanjana informs Laboni that she is going to make the best arrangement ever made. Laboni expresses her feelings and tells her that they should not have hosted the two engagements together. Nilanjana asks Laboni if she is hurt because of Ritesh but Laboni does not tell her anything and choose to skip the matter. Ritesh is concerned when Shekhar asks her to take approvals from Anurag on any matter which is related to the factory.

Sushant is surprised when the kulfi wala enquires Taani about Anurag. He tells him that Taani and Anurag are his customers since their childhood days. Ritesh come to Sushant's room and tells him about Taani and Anurag's relationship. He tries to develop hatred in Sushant's mind against Taani and Anurag. He tells him that it will be difficult for Taani to forget Anurag and start afresh with him. Sushant assures him that he will ensure that Taani forgets everything and be happy with him. Laboni agrees to let Mauli clean Taposh's room and in return agrees to give her money as a part of her charity work which she is doing for Taposh's group. Shekhar asks Nilanjana to buy a saree for Taani as well. He is stunned when Nilanjana informs that Laboni has postponed Taani and Sushant's engagement date. She lies that the pandit has suggested another auspicious day for them. Nupur gets concerned when she gets a call for her modeling assignments. She hides this fact from all including Anurag.

Taani and Anurag reunite with their friends at the school reunion party. Ritesh also comes for the party along with Ananya. Nupur and Sushant are introduced to all. The education wing in the name of Bimlendu Banerjee is being announced. Anurag and Taani inaugurate it jointly. Ritesh's friend tells him that Anurag and Taani can never get separated. He talks about the kissing issue which happened during their school days. He tells him that Anurag has refused to marry Taani as she is not as wealthier like Nupur also tells him about the possibility of Anurag and Taani's extra marital affair. They discuss this whole issue in front of Sushant. Mauli passionately waits for Taposh to come. Sushant gets jealous to see Anurag and Taani together. Nilanjana is happy as her mother in law is coming home. She informs all that she is more of a motherly figure rather then being a mother in law. Robindo starts developing feelings for Mauli.

Sushant gets angry to see Taani and Anurag in close proximity. Anurag takes Taani out from the party to meet Meenu mam. They are glad to meet her after a long time. Taani overhears Nupur talking to Jackie about her modeling assignment. Jackie asks her to postpone her wedding. He asks her to choose between her career and marriage. Sushant asks Taani to come with him for a while. Taani refuses saying it's too late and Laboni would not like it. Taani is disturbed because of Nupur and calls Anurag to meet her as soon as possible. Sushant is stunned to see both of them together. Taani chooses not to tell Anurag the truth about Nupur as she fears he might over react. She decides to talk to Nupur alone and sort out this issue. Sushant breaks all relation with Taani. He hurts Taani by saying that he knows about her and Anurag's plan. He accuses her to play a double game with him. He decides to leave and also informs her that she is not a part of his music album anymore. Taani is hurt because of Sushant's accusations. She does not tell anyone at home about this. Sushant packs his stuff and leaves. He remembers the beautiful moments spent with Taani. Nupur decides to talk to Anurag about her modeling assignment. Anurag's thakumaa (grandmother) comes home. Thakumaa wishes to meet Laboni and Taani. She tells Shekhar that Taani was the perfect match for Anurag. Shekhar asks her not to bring this matter out again as this might lead to misunderstandings. Anurag and Nupur are stunned to find Sushant missing from his room.

Laboni and Taani meet thakumaa. Taani lies that Sushant has gone out of Kolkata for an importing meeting and will be back before the aashirwaad ceremony. Anurag informs thakumaa that he will be staying back in Kolkata after his marriage. Nupur gets angry. Nupur tells Taani that Thakumaa has no right to decide what she should wear and what not. Taani tries to console her. Nupur asks Taani to stay away from her life. She tells her that she could not give away her career for a boy who does not care for her. Thakumaa tells Laboni that she still wants Taani to get married to Anurag. She tells her that she has this strong belief that goddess kali has some other plans and she will not let Taani and Anurag get separated. Taani refuses to tell Nupur's truth to Anurag. Ritesh interrogates Taani about Sushant. Taani lies to him. Ritesh decides to find out the truth from her. Taani is worried as no matter what she has to hide Sushant's whereabouts from everyone till Anurag's engagement as she did not want to spoil everyone's mood.

The family members congregate for Anurag's aashirwaad ceremony. Everyone is glad to meet Taani. Nilanjana mistakenly puts the aashirwaad ceremony bangle meant for Nupur in Taani's hand. Nupur is not allowed to meet Anurag before the aashirwaad ceremony. Taani lies to Anurag that Sushant calls her daily. Laboni insists Taposh to drop Mauli on his bike. She also discusses her financial concerns with Sumona. Sumona offers to help her financially. Mauli secretly admires sitting behind Taposh on his bike. Ritesh comes to Laboni and tells her that Sushant have left Taani forever. He tells her that Anurag and Taani are still in a relationship and which is why Sushant decided to split with Taani. Laboni is stunned when she hears this. Sushant asks Laboni to find out the truth if she cares for Taani. Taani is hurt when Anurag keeps mentioning Sushant's name. Nupur is disturbed to see Jackie entering the house.

Jackie convinces Nupur to sign the assignment as she would not get this kind of break again. Nupur decides to sort out this issue with Anurag. But she is not allowed to meet him. She misbehaves with Thakumaa's sister. Thakumaa is angry with her and sends her back to her room. Laboni comes to meet Taani. Nilanjana is concerned to see her tensed. Jackie asks Nupur to come along with him. Laboni interrogates Taani about Sushant. She informs her that Sushant misunderstood her. Taani requests her not to disclose this matter to anyone. Ritesh expected Laboni to create a scene on knowing the truth. He is stunned to see her acting normal in front of all. Nupur is still in a dilemma. She is not able to decide on what she should do as she doesn't want to lose such an opportunity.

Taani and Laboni are upset but they both hide this from everyone. Nilanjana request Taani to sing a song. Nupur disguises herself and ran away without informing anyone. Ritesh finds the letter written by Nupur for Anurag. He finds out that Nupur has gone back to America for her modeling assignment. Ritesh destroys the letter hoping that now Anurag will shift to America permanently and he will get full authority again. Ritesh gives a letter to Nilanjana saying its Nupur. Nilanjana is shocked to read that Nupur has left the place. Taani is astonished when Nilanjana tells her about Nupur. She asks Taani to disclose this matter to Anurag. Anurag is shattered when he reads the letter. He could not believe that Nupur has left him.

Anurag's family is shocked with Nupur's sudden decision. They all are worried for Anurag. Laboni is forced to inform them about Sushant. They all are astonished when Laboni tells them that Sushant has left Taani. Thakumaa suggests all that its time to get Taani and Anurag engaged. She tells them that goddess Durga also wants this to happen. Anurag is shattered with Nupur's decision. He is hurt and decides never to forgive her ever. Shekhar asks Taani to get married to Anurag. He also apologizes to Laboni for all his mistakes. Ritesh is disappointed to see his plan fail and both the families getting together again. Taani refuses to listen to what the family has decided and tells them that she could not afford to play with Anurag's life. Shekhar comes to Taani and requests her to think of Anurag before she takes any decision. He tells her that he will be ridiculed in front of all and his whole life may get ruined. He tells her that only her love has the capability to save Anurag. Shekhar is in a fix as everyone is asking him about why the delay is being done. He finally decides to inform all about the matter. But before he could do it Taani stuns everyone with her presence. She agrees to get engaged to Anurag as per Shekhar's wishes.

Anurag is shocked to see Taani sitting for the aashirwaad ceremony. He is astonished when Taani tells him that Sushant had left her and went back to America. Anurag tells her not to ruin her life for him and asks her to rethink about her decision. Taani refuses to think about this matter again and tells him that she can't see him in pain and defamed in public. Taani also asks Anurag to think about his family before taking any decision. Anurag agrees to sit for the engagement ceremony. Everyone except Ananya and Ritesh are happy to see them together. Laboni is worried and expresses her concern if Anurag and Taani have accepted their relation or not. Thakumaa asks her not to worry and tells her that nothing would go wrong in their relation. Taani is worried for Anurag as she is the only one who could feel his pain. Anurag misses Nupur. Taani is hurt when Anurag refuses to share her feelings with her. She feels that Anurag is trying to avoid her.

Mauli's scooty breaks down in the middle of the road. Robindo offers to give her a lift in his car. Nilanjana buys jewelry for Taani. The jewelry designer is surprised is see her buy all her designs. Taani is upset to see Anurag in deep thoughts. She tells him that they are best friends and he should tell her his feelings as this would help him get over his sorrows. Taani tells him that she could feel his pain as she has went through the same phase. Anurag tells her that Nupur has hurt him a lot but he can't stop loving her. Anurag's family members are too impressed with Taani. Ananya gets jealous when she witnesses this. Anurag asks her not to involve herself into his family too much. He tells her that he is going to inform all that they are not getting engaged but they took this decision just to save the family from humiliation.
