October 12 written update

Taashi is still in a daze from seeing the symbol from the candles when the others tell her to cut the cake. she finishes the celebrations of her birthday halfmindedly, while rmemebering the astrologer's words of how her 21st bday will bring upon new dangers in her life. Taashi is in her room when her windows start rattling from the wind, she goes to close them and then notices someone outside her door. She doesn't see anyone so she closes the door, then a man wearing a dark hood enters her room with a knife..she screams for help as he tries many attempts to stab her. he finally corners her in her room and is about to stab her but then taashi screams and sits up in bed..she realizes it was just a dream adn there wasn't anyone around but her father. her father is concerned and calmns her down somehow and tells her maybe its becasue of somthing that happened during the day that brought upon the nightmare..she tells him about the parrot and the tarrot card reader..her father laughs at this and mocks her which eventually makes her smile as well. seh then goes back to sleep adn her father leaves her room but it seems like someone is watching them behind a screen.

in the morning the tarrot card reader is going all over town searching for taash but at the end thinks that she mightve been a tourist so it might be impossible to find her. taashi's father gifts her a nice salwar suit and then goes to kaka to show him, he also gifts her matching chudi's. taashi goes to wear the chudi but one breaks on her wrist, she gets saddened by this and remembers the tarrot card reader's words but her father placates her saying that if glass breaks in the morning then its a good luck sign, she gets happy hearing this and leaves. kaka and her father quarrel about what to make for lunch. taashi is with rohan at some empty buildign and he says he wants to buy this building along w/ other lots that he's seen so he can futher go on in his business dream of opening a hotel chain and settle down. taashi is worried and miffed about him not telling her about his mate but he placates her saying that she didnt' even let him give her , her gift..rohan gifts her expensive diamond earrings that she had eyed earlier. taashi loves them but is worried about ht eprice of it, he says to dont worry about it and tells her to keep them and she does. at home taashi shows the gift to her father and kaka, they both admire how good of a boy rohan is and how she shouldthink about marriage with him, she gets annnoyed with this and leaves. kaka says he'll leave to the store to pick up some stuff for taashi's bday dinner. behind the bushes the mystery man is taking pics of kaka and goes back to his home and throws the knife towards the pics and it lands on kaka's pic.. the man gathers up some stuff and heads towards the road where kaka is bicycling downn from.. the man pours some slipperly liquid on the road and goes from there..kaka's bike looses control and he falls from his bike and is injured. the man comes and punches kaka unconcious and takes him back to his home where he ties him up and blindfolds him. kaka tells the amn to take his blindfold out to which he does and tells him to write a note. at taashi's home, she is getting worried about kaka not being home yet as it is late but her father tells hernot to worry as he might've gone to the temple as well. then the doorbell rings and a lady appears to be saying is kaka's brother's daughter..she says that she met kaka at a bus stand and he was going to see his niece who fell from the terrace and gave them a note. taashi's father is suspicious of why he wrote a note and didn't call but she covers up by saying that hsi phone battery died.
