Rajshree Thakur is proving to be quite a menace these days. She probably thinks she is still the queen Latifah of Indian television screen but guess that's not the case anymore. In this weeks episode she picks up a squabble with Abhijeet Bhattacharya, the judge of the show on a very silly reason. When Abhijeet comments that it has been a trend that participants who are at the bottom one week are suddenly at the top the next week, simply because of the sympathy votes that they garner over that particular week. Infact, both Abhijeet and Ahmed Khan were of the same opinion that it's a shame that dancers like Abhishek Awasthi and Kushal Punjabi are on the verge of elimination simply because of poor votes and others who are not at par with them (read: Rajshree Thakur) manage to stay back simply because of the sympathy votes…..To which, Rajshree quite snootily claimed that she is here only because of the love and support of her audience which others are unfortunately deprived of.

In fact Ahmad Khan was so surprised by the two couples who made it to the bottom two that he requested the creative team to relieve him from his duty as a judge. He said he did not want to be a part of the show that applauded mediocre performers and almost eliminated the real show stealers!

Ravi Kishan's anokha andaaz is met with scowls and frowns

Our Bhojpuri babu's unique andaaz though has given him quiet some distinction in the tinsel town, however the very same has been a bone of contention on the sets of Tata Indicom Ek Se Badhkar Ek these days.

Mr. Ravi Kishan fondly calls all the participant "babu" these days. Earlier this form of endearment was meant only for the male participants but now even the ladies are called by the same name, much to their chagrin. Though the ladies have openly refused to be acknowledged by "babu"; still the man continues to do the same. Guess he needs to coin a new term for the ladies so that they do not take any offence.

Bruised Shayantani… but performance intact

Shayantani Ghosh, the Naaginn of Zee TV is making waves for her hip shaking performances in Tata Indicom Ek Se Badkar Ek. Recently the girl tried to break the myth that boys dance better as they incorporate lots of stunts and free styles in their dance acts. The dare devil girl threw herself in the arms of her co dancers from quite a height as a part of the act, landing miraculously on the bed of arms formed by and managed to injure herself badly in the process. But irrespective of the bruises and the blood clot on her shoulders, the brave girl gave a stupendous performance and secured highest marks.

Shayantani , Jassi and the third cat

Shayantani and Jasveer, the two star performers of Ek Se Badkar ek recently got into a dispute over song selection. It has been quite some time that the two ladies are giving cold shoulder to each other as both think that the best song to perform goes to the other and that there is some foul play going around. To which our esteemed judge Abhijeet pointed out that they should not let these petty issues affect their performances as heir might be a teesri billi ( read: Rajshree Thakur) who might benefit from their fight and get the pie. Rajshree need not have reacted so promptly and vehemently to this statement which all the more indicated who the cat is…..!!!

it is true that Rajshree is gettin votes cuz of her popularity! otherwise she doesn even deserve to be in this show at all. I did agree with Amarpali last week. She technically pointed at Rajshree saying that ppl who cant dance well and still get good points. and top of that Rajshree's rollin eyes..that attitude look. i juss cant stand her anymore ughhhhhh 😡 plz some1 do somethingggggg ughhhhhh

Well I believe that if you do bring celebrities to a show you should be ready for the fact that they will without doubt get popularity votes... that's just how it works

Just taking SRK for example... say he came as a celebrity on this show to sing... we all know he's not a singer and will probably not get many marks against the proper singers on the show... but his popularity can go onto making him win the show... it's just a fact... each celebrity has its own fanclub and this fanclub will be supporting you whether you perform brilliantly or poorly

When you have a show with contestants who are all non-celebrities then everyone is equal, so you do judge the performances and then choose who you like... but with celebrities they already have a past where you have seen them etc... so even before the show starts some people tend to have their favourite already... I'm not saying that it's a right thing... as this isn't a drama serial or the same reality show you probabaly saw the singer previously... this is a toally different show so it would be fair if the jodis were comapred to each other then you chose the best one... the one that is giving the best performance... but with celebrities that is quite impossible especially if you are a fan of one... you will support them no matter what

I agree with you totally, what you said is absoluetly correct. I guess the best thing instead of all this drama....would be elimation by the judges. Then they wouldn't be rifts between the contestants.

Man...i will totally prove that audiences are biased to their favourite celeb.
I know that in the females rajshree is the weakest there is! It's damn obvious, but because i'm an ardent Rajshree fan, i will continue to support her..cuz well.. its what i do, and it's what most people do when it comes down to making your favourite celebking or queen of some other show!
I have noticed her growing attitude as well, which is sad, cuz she normally doesnt have an attitude with anything. And at the same time, amarpali wasnt exactly the best dancer either, i personally do not think she was better than Rajshree, and that's not even celeb bias there!
At the end of the day, any Celeb reality show is basically a popularity contest and not a talent contest. Like my friend up there rightly said, only when the show is made of of quals-i.e- non celebs, only then can things stand a chance of being somewhat fair.

So,in rajshree's defence, she happened to retaliate when attacked publicly, which almost anyone would do- take abishek's psycho outburst while being judged.
But thanks for keeping us uptodate with the hissy drama of this show...which is what it seems to only be made up of- drama, insults, attitude

Abhijeet needs to keep his degrading comments to himself....I love how Rajshree said that I didn't say I want Abhishek in bottom two, but Amit is a great singer as well! Rajshree you are a great person and kudos to you for standing up and stating the truth and being honest! 👏

oh yess!! i totalllyyy agreed with that!! i loved the way she replied!!! Aabhijeet really is tooo rude, how do they expect a woman to respond to his attitude? and she's right, Amit is a good singer as well!

the fact is rajshree and amit have been getting very low marks through out this show and yet they find themselves safe all the time.. its not justified.. but then again its a reality show and people usually vote for someone who is popular.. i just hope the best jodis are in the finals.

i admire rajshri 4 standin up 2 abhijit...she put her point forward politely wid out drama or rudeness...👏👏👏...luv her 4 sayin wot she said abt amit...she did not put down abhishek at the same tym n honestly said he did not deserve 2 b in the bottom...
n ive not heard her say anythin abt her knee pain 2 make excuses...
abhijit thinks he can get away wid sayin anythin...he has been givin amit low marks inspite of gud perf lately n yest perf proved it...amit def deserved more than 5...
