I agree with you, Mike. I didnt read the forum before watching the show and got the shock of my life! I couldnt believe a well-known respected person like AK would behave like that not only in front of national TV cameras but also in front of all those little kids and their parents!! So disgraceful. I didnt see anything wrong with what KK had said - this is a competition and the judgment should be fair to all participants. It's like giving extra marks in an exam to a student who has good handwriting despite having spelling, grammar and content errors.

I didnt know the meaning of that last song, but if it's calling someone a traitor, I hope he didnt mean KK, as in no way he is. Just because AK had an outburst drama as a patriot, it doesnt prove him to be one. KK's points were never against the nation, but against the reasoning of AK to give extra points to Tanmay.

Many of the members who raised their voices against AK's behavior are 100% Indians, inluding myself. Trying to make a wrong appear to be right will not make the wrong to be right. AK was wrong, and KK was right. It doesnt prove KK to be a traitor or AK to be a patriot. Period.

Patriotism should be shown by staying with the truth/right, and not covering it up with cheap excuses. Just because someone creates a scene in the name of patriotism, I find it hard to buy it as one. I have seen enough people in my life who talks all cherry in front of others but do not give a damn in their heart. At the same time, there are people like KK who will stand up for what's right and would be a strong patriot in heart too but doesnt want to make a show out of it. I respect KK as he stood up for what's fair in the competition so that it wont make the other kids feel low.

What AK showed on TV is not going to make any changes in our nation. The government and the officials have to first decide to protect their country and be loyal to one's nation at any costs and not to fall for the big bucks that are shown to them by the traitors. I guess you get my point...

BTW, I belong to the majority, not the minority.

Whatever you wrote here is very rude and uncalled for. I am 100% Indian, born and bred but I completely agree with KK. AK had absolutely no right to disrespect him like that. How can you say such things about Aamir and KK? It is extremely very disrespectful

By the name of Desh Bhakti………..Annu Kapoor have proven how mean he can be? There is a saying, " If you show too much respect to anyone, you are the first one to stabbed that person's back"……….I think he just had proved that on the show by insulting other judge. He had used the TELEVISION media to express his personal opinion. We all are upset what have happened in India, and we all want to catch the culprit without any negotiation. As an veteran actor and anchor…….Mr. Annu Kapoor, has show his true color of face. I am really shocked after seeing his this face. Shame on me to respect him earlier, I am sorry to say this repeatedly that he has lost his respect from us.

AK was wrong to loose control like this, but KK was not right either. Song selection does make a difference! It is a matter of opinion. He should have stated his opinion and let go.

Song selection only matters to the singer as he/she might score better marks. To give an extra mark just of the song selection is not right and I am glad i am in majority of the ppl who said this.

What KK did was NOT right? Do you want him to stay there and respond to Anu's curses and swearing?

Song selection only matters in that how difficult it is... not what "type" of song it is be it patriotic/vulgar/etc. Granted patriotic is always a bonus in people's heart it shouldn't affect the scoring, otherwise as KK said all the kids would start singing patriotic songs (not out of wanting to sing it, bu for the extra points and that's wrong in itself anyway...). They should be judged on how well they sang it based on difficulty of the song.

but I do agree with you it was just an opinion, it shouldn't have turned into what it did.

KK is right for playing by the rules, but AK's behaviour so shocking, guess maturity has nothing to do with age. How can he advise any kids after the way he behaved, he showed no respect for the other judge

If all the shows degrade at the rate at which they are, soon will have to cancel all subscriptions
