This is no doubt kunj's plan. He must have got to know about anita being in jail and being sent there by yuvi himself so he put that condition in front of yuvi to make the family misunderstand him.

Quite Possible,Seeing Uv get Anita out,i dont think family will misunderstand,bcoz its been 5 years he is with them
